A-Sales works on a pay per qualified sales meeting basis. You are invoiced only for meetings that are delivered and that meet the qualification criteria agreed before launch. There is a monthly team fee too on top of this. Price per meeting depends on how hard the audience is to reach. It is set by the seniority of the target, the size of the accounts, the geography and how narrow the list has to be. A meeting with a director at a 200 person software company costs less than a meeting with a CISO at a global bank. Most engagements sit between $300 and $2000 per meeting. We quote a fixed price per meeting before any work starts, so your cost per opportunity is known in advance and does not move with the campaign.

A qualified sales meeting is a booked call with a prospect who matches the target profile agreed in writing before the campaign launches. That definition normally covers four things: the right job title or decision-making authority, a company that fits the agreed size, industry and geography, a stated interest in the problem you solve, and a confirmed time in your calendar. The criteria are signed off by you before the first email is sent. Nothing is billed on a judgement call made after the fact. If a booked meeting does not match the criteria, it is not invoiced. No-shows are handled by written rule rather than by argument. Our standard terms ask the client to notify us in writing within 30 minutes of the scheduled start time if a prospect fails to attend, and we then work to rebook that prospect. Being this specific up front is deliberate. Most disputes between companies and outbound agencies come from a vague definition of a lead, not from poor delivery. Agreeing the definition in writing removes the argument before it starts.

First meetings typically land in weeks four to six. The first two to three weeks are build and setup. Weeks one and two: we agree the ideal customer profile, the target job titles and the qualification criteria, research and verify the list, write the email sequences and the call scripts, and put all of it in front of you for sign-off. In parallel we register dedicated sending domains, configure SPF, DKIM and DMARC, and begin warming the inboxes. Warmup is the part most agencies rush. New inboxes are held in warmup for a minimum of 14 days and three weeks is preferred. Weeks three and four: live sending starts at controlled volume and the calling floor begins dialling the same accounts. Early replies are read closely and the copy is rewritten inside the first fortnight based on what the market actually responds to. Volume builds from there. Month one is usually a smaller number of meetings while the campaign finds its angle. Months two and three are where the run rate settles.

Every client gets dedicated sending domains, registered separately from their main domain so the primary domain's reputation is never exposed to cold traffic. Each domain is redirected to the client website, given WHOIS privacy, and configured with SPF, DKIM and DMARC before it sends anything. Inboxes sit on those domains in controlled numbers, and each one sends a low fixed volume per day rather than being pushed to its limit. Volume is scaled by adding infrastructure, not by making individual mailboxes work harder. Every inbox is warmed for at least 14 days before it touches a cold campaign. Every address is verified before it enters a campaign. Invalid addresses are the single biggest driver of bounce rate, and bounce rate is what gets a domain filtered. We run verification through our own tooling rather than trusting the list source to be accurate. Once live, reply rate and placement are monitored per domain. Domains that degrade are pulled out of rotation and replaced. Copy is written to avoid the patterns that trigger filtering: no attachments, no unnecessary tracking, no links in the first email, and no formatting that looks like a newsletter.

A-Sales is a good fit if you sell B2B, your average contract value is high enough that one closed deal pays for many meetings, and your sales team can handle more conversations than it currently gets. Most of our clients are SaaS, AI, fintech, healthcare technology and enterprise technology companies selling into mid-market and enterprise accounts across North America and Europe. The model works best when the buyer is a specific, identifiable person: Heads of AI, CISOs, CTOs, VPs of Sales, and clinical or operations leaders inside hospital systems, banks, insurers and large software companies. If you can describe exactly who you want in the room, we can build a list of those people and reach them by email and by phone. We are not the right partner for high volume, low value SMB selling. If your deal size is a few thousand dollars a year, the cost per meeting will not work in your favour and we will say so rather than take the engagement. We also decline work where the addressable market is too small to sustain a campaign, or where the offer has not yet been validated with any paying customers. Outbound amplifies a message that already works. It does not create one. We would rather turn down a poor fit than take money for a campaign we do not believe will produce meetings. That is a direct consequence of the pricing model: if we do not book meetings, we do not get paid.
