I’m the managing director of a sneaker cleaning and repair company.

We hired Rubix Studios for website development and marketing.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Rubix Studios has developed our website and handles our marketing. The website includes e-commerce and multi-location drop-off features. The team also manages our Google My Business placement, Google Ads, and SEO.

What is the team composition?

We work with two teammates from Rubix Studios.

How did you come to work with Rubix Studios?

I knew Rubix Studios outside of work. I knew their capabilities and trusted them. We had a previous experience with Rubix Studios where they took our hair salon business that was barely surviving and helped us gain traffic and new clients. This led us to assign Rubix Studios to our shoe cleaning business as well since our previous efforts with other companies proved to be a dead end.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with Rubix Studios in April 2023, and our engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Rubix Studios’ work has led to a sales increase, traffic growth, and more clients. We started with nothing, and now we have 20–50 new clients per day. We’ve grown from around 0 visitors per month to 5,000 visitors per month.

How did Rubix Studios perform from a project management standpoint?

Rubix Studios delivers on time and is very fast and professional. We communicate via phone, email, and Facebook Messenger.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Rubix Studios’ designs are unique, and they’re done with passion. The team is also affordable.
