With the help of Rocketech, we’ve completely transformed our business model. The website also includes different elements that reflect our company’s personality. I’m truly grateful for their help, and I see this partnership lasting far into the future.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The main measurable outcome has been the successful launch and continued development of our dating platform across both iOS and Android. With ROCKETECH’s support, we’ve built a stable product that has reached approximately 6,200 monthly active users (MAUs), 3,720 weekly active users (WAUs), and 1,240 daily active users (DAUs) during the measured period.

We’ve also achieved strong engagement metrics, including an average of approximately 48 minutes of engagement per active user and 6.8 engaged sessions per user. Around 75% of users have completed their profiles, 60% have made their first like, 40% have received their first match, and 33% have sent their first message. These results demonstrate that the platform is technically stable, user-friendly, and capable of supporting further growth and feature expansion.

We’ve tracked several monetization indicators, including free-to-paid subscription conversion, recurring subscription renewals, in-app purchases, average revenue per paying user, and the percentage of active users interacting with premium features. Since the platform is still in an active growth and product-validation stage, our primary focus is initially on user acquisition, engagement, retention, and successful matches rather than maximizing short-term revenue. However, the technical foundation delivered by ROCKETECH has allowed us to test different subscription packages, premium functionality, and monetization scenarios, giving us useful data for further optimization and scaling.

We’ve seen consistent month-over-month growth in paid subscriptions and in-app purchases as new premium features have been introduced. At this stage, however, we evaluate ROCKETECH’s success primarily through product stability, user engagement, retention, and the platform’s ability to support and scale multiple monetization models.

In addition to the user and engagement metrics, one of the most important outcomes has been creating a stable and scalable technical foundation for Rors Dating. ROCKETECH has helped us launch and maintain both iOS and Android applications, improve performance, reduce critical issues, and establish a development process that allows us to release new features more efficiently.ROCKETECH’s work has also enabled us to integrate analytics, test AI-powered functionality, introduce premium features, and prepare the platform for further user growth and international expansion. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

ROCKETECH has launched our app, which had around 5,000 downloads in the first month. Users are completing purchases within the app, and the launch has been a success, although it has still a long way to go. I'm satisfied with ROCKETECH's work quality. We work closely with the team in the development, providing feedback and the required guidelines. ROCKETECH has delivered a good-quality outcome, and the entire team does a great job. 

How did ROCKETECH perform from a project management standpoint?

ROCKETECH defined an initial budget that we exceeded; however, this was because the project required extra work we hadn't initially scoped out. The team gave us a base budget of $80,000 and built on top of that, and I was aware going over budget was possible. We communicate via email and Google Meet. We have two weekly meetings to define the scope and ensure we achieve goals. I usually meet with the CEO, who receives my feedback. 

We work with a team with medium-level experience. Our company has corrected several details, which is common in software development projects. 

Are there any employees from the service provider's team that you would like to give a shout-out to in this review?

I want to highlight our account manager, who does a great job in managing the project.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The team has made a few mistakes but corrected them based on my feedback. I can't point out anything that ROCKETECH needs to improve.

I suggest having frequent communication with ROCKETECH and attending meetings with the team. I also suggest being punctual with your payments because the team will complete the scope quicker. Communication depends on the client and product owners, I like to be part of the project's development to ensure the desired outcome and achieve a product our audience will like.
