In the shortest possible time guys provide a preliminary assessment based on the results of which we started the Discovery sprint. The guys took into account all our wishes for the choice of technologies including Flutter.

The project has just finished developing so numbers yet to come

Communication was mostly by Zoom calls. Guys also were kind enough to give me access to daily scrum meetings.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They have unique approach to time tracking that saves us a lot of money compared to other outsourcers

Everything was great so i just wish them to continue improve naturally

I was in an urgent need for setting up new backend infrastructure, as the old one was prone to attacks.

Initial source was friend referral. The deciding factor was the time in which we could start the project and the level of staff.

Setting up the infrustructure, including AWS setup, Jenkins, building a mirroring stage server and optimising costs. Another dimension – backend PHP development, rebuilding the logic, transferring internal administration panel from Python solution to PHP.

The communication is great, everyone from the team was behaving like internal employees, ready to dive in an solve the business problems, not just closing the tasks.

Their process' speed, cost-effectiveness, and communication skills have all been at the highest level

A bit more structured reporting on tasks.

The goal for Judo App was to introduce a new kind of digital marketplace for our customers and partners to attract venture capital and users.

Judo App is a digital marketplace for judo sportsmen and coaches which monetize on additional goods and services for sportsmen to conduct training activities.

What was the team composition?

Team composition included me as product owner, one backend developer (PHP Laravel), one iOS developer, android developer (on my side), scrum master/team lead and account manager.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app backend was built extremely quick and we started to fill the app prototype with real users data to make it a full-blown product as fast as possible.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow was quite effective, we were working with weekly sprints using Jira and Bitbucket, with daily Skype calls, weekly planning and retrospective analysis.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The most impressive about the company is the team and key people. They were always in touch with us, constantly giving feedback and trying to solve challenges.

Very friendly and proactive position on business level, product level and communications. Also, important to mention – the ability to allocate resources and people fast in case of demanding situation.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We see Rocketech as one of our lifetime partners for development of complex cross-platform digital services and we understand that in any company, team, communication, there's always a room for improvement, But at the moment our brothers-in-arms at Rocketech give us extreme value at a good pace and we will continue to scale our product development business together with them.

They delivered the prototype very quickly, and then we had an adjustment and improvement stage. Throughout the development, developers gave feedback rapidly and accepted our changes.

They provided a good level of management. All tasks were posted transparently in Trello.

They were willing to meet us most of the way on various tasks.
