How many teammates from RedSpider Web & Art Design were assigned to this project?

Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

The work involved a fair amount of figuring things out as we went. We had a clear idea of what the app needed to do, but some of the details only became obvious once we could see and use the early versions. We spent time simplifying screens, changing parts of the user journey, and making sure the app made sense from a user's point of view.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app gave us a much better foundation for the next stage of the project. It also helped us see where the user experience could be improved, which was useful beyond the initial build.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

There was regular contact throughout the work, with discussions around changes and priorities as they came up. It was not completely without delays, but the team kept things moving and adjusted when we needed to change direction.

What was your primary form of communication with RedSpider Web & Art Design?

Email or Messaging App

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The thing I valued most was their willingness to question parts of the work when something did not seem right. They were not simply taking instructions and building exactly what was handed to them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something RedSpider Web & Art Design could have done differently?

Some requirements could have been agreed earlier. A little more detail at the start would have reduced some of the revisions later, particularly around how certain parts of the app were expected to work.
