We kept going back to the same issue, people would land on the page but not take the next step. I remember we changed one section three times because it just wasn’t clear enough. We also dropped a few ideas that looked good but didn’t help with conversions. Most of the effort has gone into making the journey shorter and easier.

It started a bit unclear. We had an idea, but not exactly how it should work day to day. Early versions looked fine, but when we tried them in real situations, a few things didn’t hold up.
I remember one test where the data didn’t sync properly, which forced us to stop and fix that before moving on. After that, we focused more on reliability than adding new features. A lot of time has gone into making sure the data flows cleanly from the device. Still ongoing, but it feels more stable now.
