When asked for reports or detailed explanations, please try to refrain sending them over whatsapp. Email is still very useful.

We were looking to do a large YouTube campaign involving dozens of similar videos based on a single template. We had many questions about how to structure the YouTube channels & videos, how to name the campaign, how to find the right video editors, and how to network with the appropriate partner channels to promote our campaign.

Spent 2k on a bunch of leads, got a 50k contract from it. In addition, some of the not immediately successful leads are simmering away. Overall very good quality and well-targeted.

Excellent

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The communication and professionalism were unbeatable. It also helps that each time I call I feel like I'm talking to an old friend! I never felt under pressure to increase order sizes and there were no upsets, just a clear price and the results came almost immediately.

None at all, and I'm meeting up with them to arrange more services next week.

They first worked hard to understand our company’s needs and then worked with us to build our ideal client profile. That involved identifying where they live online, building scripts, doing outreach, and then taking eight-weeks to generate meaningful leads.

I worked with the founder, a project manager, and two lead generation people.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Over a 12-week period, they were able to get us 23 appointments, two closed deals, and $42,000 in value generated. It’s been a huge win so far.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

The workflow is extremely fluid. Initially, we had some bugs to work through, but they were on top of the issue and extremely quick to respond. That impressed me.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Their ability to listen, adapt, and keep pivoting is excellent. Most lead generation agencies are very old school in their approach, but Pearl Lemon isn’t.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The grammar in their copywriting could improve, but we tidied that up pretty promptly and I know I’m picky. Overall, they’re excellent.
