We hired pearl lemon for lead generation to help us grow our client base within Asia. We wanted a company that used a multichannel approach and had the ability to change and adjust as our needs shifted through the campaign.

One of the initial reasons we chose pearl lemon is that they offered packages that included multiple lead generation services bundled together. We struggled to find a company that used LinkedIn, email and calling effectively for their clients and themselves. After looking over pearl lemon's reviews and case studies we felt confident in our choice and that they would be able to deliver.

We had the pleasure of sitting down with the pearl lemon team and going over all of our project requirements and what we expected and established timelines from setup to launch. After a few days, we got initial version 1 of campaign materials sent over. After a few edits and a short discussion with their team we got version 2 set up and the campaign launched.

Within the first week, we were presented initial conversations and call recordings. As the campaign progressed we got to see week by week changes in the amount of prospects and leads delivered.

We got to work with a handful of members from the pearl lemon team. We have our account manager that we got to speak to nearly daily as we wanted end of business day updates. We also got to speak with the lead generation manager as needed to be sure the campaign had the right targeting and copy.

Can you share any outcomes from the engagement that demonstrate progress or success?

We got results throughout the campaign, although we would have loved to get more confirmed bookings, we did get plenty of prospects to contact back later.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our team worked together effectively. Having whatsapp as a channel for communication was great as it is much faster than email. We made use of having a standing call in order to go over reports weekly and hear if any changes were being made to the campaign.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive thing about Pearl Lemon is their ability to put in the work to get results. Through the length of the campaign if we needed changes to targeting or copy they were able to change anything we requested within 24 hours. Their speed of delivery and action is exceptional.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Pearl lemon does cost more than some service providers but they did make this well worth it. We were initially worried internally that we were paying extra for a service that others could provide cheaper. As we went on we realized that the relationship we built with our account manager and personal approach the team had to us was worth the cos of our package.

We had an end goal in mind but needed additional direction to be sure our PPC campaign was successful. We knew we wanted to run a PPC campaign to cast a wider net and get better visibility. The Pearl Lemon team conducted keyword research, helped optmise ads and set them up and take care of integrations and landing pages as well. The first few weeks had some fine tuning to be sure we were targeting the right people but we ended up having some great results and generating leads that converted to clients for us.

We worked closest with our project manager. Our project manager had weekly calls with us and took care of all internal communications. We used whatsapp and any question we had our account manager would go chase the relative team members if needed.

We are very happy with the results of our PPC campaign. We had worked with a previous company before and this time around we ended up with 3x more leads than with the other company.

Whatsapp and email were our main lines of communication. The campaign took about a week to set up, then some adjustments to make after the first two weeks of running. After that it was all smooth sailing. It was great to have weekly calls available or more if they were needed.

Pearl Lemon is unique in the team's ability to learn and adapt as we needed them to. It was refreshing to have a proactive company that could also take feedback and make changes as needed. We felt like we were their focus despite knowing we aren't their only client.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Although the onboarding went over initial requirements and our form, I do wish we would have spent a little extra time going over targeting so we may not have had to have edits to the campaign.

They were very organized. There provide a good documentation on how to understand/read their audits and the audits are put together in a very user-friendly way.

I would have liked a few more recommendations for SEO improvements, but maybe that’s a good sign that I’m doing things well?
