The scope was pretty comprehensive; we handed Pangolin the keys to our brand and said, “Make us look good!” And they did. They didn’t just jump into design or copy; they started by really understanding who we are, who we’re up against, and what our ideal clients care about.

They helped us define and articulate our Build as a Service (BaaS) model, something that felt unique to us and instantly more relevant in the North American market.
We got two versions of our website to keep up with our evolution. The final version clearly showcased our AWS, Serverless, and SaaS capabilities.
We got high-quality brochures, diagrams, and decks that explained our BaaS model in a way that even non-tech folks could grasp instantly.
The “Your Vision. Our Execution.” tagline became our anchor—and it still holds up. All our messaging was sharpened to speak directly to the kind of founders and tech leads we wanted to attract.

If there's an area they could evolve further, it might be in proactively challenging clients to think differently—especially during the early strategic phases. At times, a more assertive point of view or sharing sharper benchmarks from similar projects might have helped us move faster or more confidently into new territory.

The scope of work was to make Kanlet understandable and compelling to users unfamiliar with pipeline generation as a category. As a new product solving a non-obvious problem, we needed to both educate and convert. Our original feature set was fragmented into internal-facing modules that didn’t translate well for external users.

Pangolin helped us reframe these as cohesive, outcome-driven solutions that aligned with real buyer needs. They began with user research to identify knowledge gaps, followed by usability testing to validate user flows and refine messaging. The team then built a UX strategy that introduced the buyer’s problem upfront and guided users through a structured, conversion-focused journey.

The resulting website was optimized from the ground up for search discoverability with keyword targeting around pipeline generation, CRM enrichment, and sales signal tracking. Clean, interactive design elements like animations and scroll reveals simplified complex ideas and keeps engagement high.

The most immediate shift we noticed was in how users engaged with the site. Feature exploration tripled post-launch, visitors were clicking deeper into modules they previously overlooked, and demo requests saw a 3X lift.

From an acquisition standpoint, SEO visibility improved dramatically. We started ranking for high-intent keywords around “pipeline generation” and “sales signal tracking,” bringing in more qualified traffic than before. This organic traction was especially important for us pre-funding, when paid channels were limited.

We saw a number of clear wins. First, the website really worked. People actually spent time reading about our philosophy instead of just clicking through to our portfolio. That in itself told us we were making the right impression. The content we created, especially the SaaS pricing book,helped us stand out. Founders came to us referencing it. 

From a new idea to a full-fledged B2B SaaS community, we started hosting events across India that brought together hundreds of participants. It gave us reach and credibility we wouldn’t have built as fast on our own. Most importantly, we managed to keep both audiences, founders and investors,engaged.
