When we engaged Pangolin, our primary need was always-on talent attraction and enterprise-grade credibility in a fast-moving IT staffing market. The key objective of all the efforts to create a dual impact - be able to sign on new business plus attract key talent which helps organisational growth. 

Pangolin set up a dual-track social media engine covering editorial strategy, design, copy, and channel management. They supported us with content calendars, rapid campaign sprints for urgent mandates, community management, and performance reporting. The scope was pretty comprehensive; we handed Pangolin the keys to our brand and said, “Make us look good!” And they did. They didn’t just jump into design or copy; they started by really understanding who we are, who we’re up against, and what our ideal clients care about.

They helped us define and articulate our Build as a Service (BaaS) model, something that felt unique to us and instantly more relevant in the North American market.
We got two versions of our website to keep up with our evolution. The final version clearly showcased our AWS, Serverless, and SaaS capabilities.
We got high-quality brochures, diagrams, and decks that explained our BaaS model in a way that even non-tech folks could grasp instantly.
The “Your Vision. Our Execution.” tagline became our anchor—and it still holds up. All our messaging was sharpened to speak directly to the kind of founders and tech leads we wanted to attract.

As a new product solving a non-obvious problem, we needed to both educate and convert. Our original feature set was fragmented into internal-facing modules that didn’t translate well for external users.

Pangolin helped us reframe these as cohesive, outcome-driven solutions that aligned with real buyer needs. They began with user research to identify knowledge gaps, followed by usability testing to validate user flows and refine messaging. The team then built a UX strategy that introduced the buyer’s problem upfront and guided users through a structured, conversion-focused journey.

This organic traction was especially important for us pre-funding, when paid channels were limited.

We needed to simplify and structure how we present our complex, systems-based work in education. Pangolin helped us design and develop a new website that feels facilitative, human-centered, and impact-focused. They worked across visual identity, content, UX, and development to build a cohesive platform. 

The key micro deliverables were: a visual identity rooted in our ripple metaphor, clear communication pathways, mobile and accessibility-optimized platform.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We’ve definitely noticed a shift in how people are engaging with us online. Folks are spending more time on the site, and we’re seeing more volunteer sign-ups and donor interest too. A big part of that is simply because the website now actually explains what we do, fully, clearly, and in one place. That alone has made a huge difference. When people understand the breadth of our work, it’s way easier for them to say, “Yes, I want to be part of this."

Search visibility has also improved. We’re now showing up in places we weren’t before, which means more of the right people are discovering us organically. And internally, we finally have a consistent, structured way to talk about what we do. That’s made a big difference in presentations, outreach, and even how our team collaborates. We’re all telling the same story now.

While quantifying outcomes through branding in monetary terms is challenging, for an organisation like ours, increased engagement and time spent by visitors on our website are invaluable indicators of success and impact. The modern user interface of our new website led to increased time spent on our website, allowing prospects to better gauge their interest due to the packaging and reflection of our brand identity throughout the site.
