Pangolin took on a full-scale overhaul of our marketing approach at SAHI.ai. They began by diving deep into market research, identifying the most promising audience segments for our services. From there, they reworked our messaging and service offerings to better connect with our target market. The project covered everything from designing and launching dynamic ad campaigns to revamping our SEO and content strategy, ensured website ranking and attracted the right visitors.  
 
They also developed a targeted email marketing plan, complete with drip campaigns and precise segmentation, to nurture leads effectively. Throughout the engagement, Pangolin continuously tested and refined and optimized landing pages, and creatives to keep our conversion rates climbing. In essence, their key deliverables were a comprehensive market analysis, a tailored digital advertising strategy, an SEO and content plan, an email marketing solution, and an optimization framework.

Overall, working with Pangolin Marketing was a good experience and there wasn’t much to fault. If I had to suggest one area for improvement, it might be to provide even more detailed milestone updates during the project.

Sambhav had a strong mission and impactful work, but our services were fragmented and difficult to communicate effectively. Pangolin worked closely with us to refine and structure our service offerings and develop a digital presence. They also helped us with content that positioned us as a thought leader in the social impact space. They curated a full end to end service offering for all aspects of our brand - right from website development to sales enablement and donor engagement content.

Our services after being structured into clear, well-defined offerings by Pangolin were much easier to articulate our value to stakeholders and partners. The new website played a huge role in strengthening our digital presence, it felt like an accurate representation of our work and mission. Beyond that, the "Impact at Scale" newsletter and leadership content helped position us as a key player in the social impact space. When it came to fundraising, the Vijayapura Trend Report contributed to stronger outreach and funding efforts.
