We came to Pangolin at a clear inflection point. Following our Series A, with proven product-market fit in core markets, the priority was building a structured GTM motion and product marketing foundation to support our next phase of growth.

The goal was to move from founder-led sales to a repeatable, scalable revenue engine across three geographies. Pangolin began with a full market mapping exercise: competitor analysis across DataRobot, H2O.ai, Dataiku, SAS, and AutomationEdge.

Development of buyer personas across six audience types including BFSI decision-makers, data scientists, IT leads, and compliance officers. And a messaging hierarchy that balanced technical authority with business outcome clarity. From that foundation, they built across two parallel tracks: GTM strategy and product marketing execution.

They mapped a content-led demand generation funnel specific to the 9-12 month BFSI buying cycle, and developed an SEO and GEO strategy covering both traditional search and AI-driven discovery platforms. On the product marketing side, they built out a full collateral suite to support our growing sales team across geographies.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

he most immediate impact was on sales conversations. With battle cards, persona-specific messaging, and explainer videos in place, prospects were coming into conversations having already engaged with our content.

Our US sales lead reported that video-supported outreach significantly improved meeting conversion rates, with context established well before the first call. The Collections Agent narrative became a standalone sales asset, giving our team a concrete, outcome-led entry point into conversations with banking and insurance prospects rather than leading with platform architecture. 

The thought leadership articles published under Suman's byline established a visible point of view on AI governance in regulated industries, which matters in a market where buyers evaluate credibility before they evaluate product.

On the organic side, SEO content has started driving traffic from industry-specific search terms, and the localized campaigns across the US, India, and South Africa are running with territory-appropriate messaging rather than generic global copy.

They need to build on their skillsets for developing in marketing automation platforms like HubSpot. Though they were able to collaborate with another team very effectively. It would have been a lot easier for us if that skillset was available at Pangolin.

Moreover the 'How to use video' has ensured the consumers understand the process well and are able to complete the whole registeration process seamlessly without having to connect with customer support, therby reduing the load on customer care team

When we engaged Pangolin, our primary need was always-on talent attraction and enterprise-grade credibility in a fast-moving IT staffing market. We asked them to build a social presence that could speak to high-value tech talent who must trust that Anlage can land them the right role quickly, and enterprise HR teams. The key objective of all the efforts to create a dual impact - be able to sign on new business plus attract key talent which helps organisational growth. 

Pangolin set up a dual-track social media engine covering editorial strategy, design, copy, and channel management. They supported us with content calendars, rapid campaign sprints for urgent mandates, community management, and performance reporting. As our positioning evolved, they pivoted messaging to establish Anlage as a global capability centre specialist and updated content pillars and thought leadership accordingly. They also created an annual HR Trends eBook as our flagship thought-leadership asset.

With Pangolin’s support, our content marketing evolved through several strategic messaging shifts and each one tied directly to our business direction and goals. The brand and collateral messaging we did with Pangolin, especially the logo, investor decks, and messaging, played a big role in getting us market-ready. 

The website narrative has helped sharpen our messaging internally and externally. It’s aligned our team around how we talk about the product and market, and it’s made it easier for institutional investors (our customers) and partners to understand who we are and what we’re building.
