Pangolin’s approach to simplifying and optimizing our acquisition strategies has greatly reduced our CAC. The process has become more streamlined and efficient, which is exactly what we needed. Since working with Pangolin, we’ve seen a notable increase in high-quality inbound leads. This has provided our sales team with more solid opportunities to pursue, boosting our pipeline. The focus on attracting and nurturing higher-quality leads has had a direct impact on our conversion rates. This has made the sales process smoother and more effective, ensuring that we’re engaging with leads that are truly interested in what we offer.Both our organic and paid traffic to the Rapidor website have grown significantly. We’re seeing more visitors who are genuinely interested in our products, which has been a huge win for our overall digital strategy. We came to Pangolin during a major inflection point. Our company had deep capabilities in Data engineering and ML but we were starting to do much more. We were supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure, but we didn’t have a brand, a positioning, or a message that reflected any of it.

Pangolin stepped in as a true strategic partner. They began with a full discovery process that included market research, stakeholder interviews, buyer pain analysis, and whitespace mapping. Their insight that AI projects weren’t failing due to lack of ambition, but due to execution friction shaped everything that followed.

They helped us design our offerings in a way that kept us differentiated and relevant, building our identity as a full-stack Enterprise AI Consulting Services firm. They created a modular, buyer-aligned service structure and a new name ‘Torsion’ drawn from the idea of motion under pressure.

Our refined messaging clearly articulates what sets us apart in a crowded market. This clarity has helped potential clients quickly understand the unique value we bring to the table.​Both our commercial and delivery teams have fully embraced the new positioning and brand assets. We rolled out a new website that aligns with our updated positioning. With baseline analytics now in place, we're better equipped to monitor traffic and engagement, allowing for data-driven decisions moving forward.​

Our new LinkedIn strategy has already yielded a 15% increase in followers and improved post engagement. Early feedback from existing clients suggests that our refined messaging provides greater clarity and resonates more strongly, enhancing their understanding of our services.​

Pangolin’s ability to bridge strategy and storytelling to build our identity really stood out. They took the time to truly understand what we were building and helped us reframe it in a way that felt both visionary and grounded. Even the depth of their research was impressive. The creative articulation of our brand identity, especially the tau symbol and the naming rationale for Torsion was both precise and inspired. Pangolin pushes you (in the best way) to refine your thinking and elevate how you communicate your value.

There were a few rounds of rework on the website but in hindsight, that was part of arriving at the right articulation. To their credit, the Pangolin team was very responsive throughout. They took feedback seriously, didn’t push back unnecessarily, and remained focused on getting the end product right.
