Working with Pangolin made a tangible difference in how we approached growth. Through A/B testing, we didn’t just optimize ads—we gained a much deeper understanding of our product’s long-term vision. One of the biggest wins was reducing our customer acquisition cost by six times, making it far more cost-effective to bring in new customers.

The impact on lead quality was just as significant. Nearly 30% of our leads converted into Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs), showing that Pangolin’s targeting and messaging strategies were right on point. From there, 20% of those MQLs turned into Sales Qualified Leads (SQLs), ensuring we had a steady flow of high-quality opportunities.

Beyond conversions, we also saw a 30% increase in Click-Through Rate (CTR), proving that the updated ad creatives and A/B testing resonated with our audience. I’m the senior manager of product marketing at Waggle. We offer temperature monitors and cellular and Wi-Fi cameras for RVs and pet parents, providing real-time environmental monitoring and security designed specifically for RV and home use.

We came to Pangolin during a major inflection point. Our company had deep capabilities in Data engineering and ML but we were starting to do much more. We were supporting enterprise-scale infrastructure, but we didn’t have a brand, a positioning, or a message that reflected any of it.

Pangolin stepped in as a true strategic partner. They began with a full discovery process that included market research, stakeholder interviews, buyer pain analysis, and whitespace mapping. Their insight that AI projects weren’t failing due to lack of ambition, but due to execution friction shaped everything that followed.

The project covered everything from designing and launching dynamic ad campaigns to revamping our SEO and content strategy, ensured website ranking and attracted the right visitors.  
 
They also developed a targeted email marketing plan, complete with drip campaigns and precise segmentation, to nurture leads effectively.
