During our research on possible partnerships, Mindy Support showed great customer support, guiding us step by step in the process.

We provided Mindy Support 3k images of basketball trainings and they annotated all the players shown on the images.

At first we contacted a Sales manager that we carried through together all the needed paperwork and details and then the project was handed over to a project manager.

We received the annotated dataset as agreed and specified.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

At first there were a lot of back and forth with e-mails to agree on the contracts and then we had zoom calls to define the projects exact requirements.

They have really amazing customer support and they give the feeling to customers that they are always there for you.

Not something I can think of.

Main driving factor was the distribution of participants and also cost.

Mindy was required to source 1000 datasets for 2 types of protocols where participants had to record short videos of themselves using our client's app.

Mindy is being requested to assist another partner we have a project with their quota.

Communication is fine but responsive could be improved, at times I had to remind the team to check our slack workspace via email.

Their ability to achieve quality datasets, given the nature of our project, is impressive.

Email and Slack responsiveness.
