We have worked with Leadium for our outbound prospecting campaigns, and they are just great! They have helped us reach new market segments we hadn't sold to before. With their expertise and resources, they launched a super effective outbound sales program for us, and we didn't have to worry about hiring the wrong people or using bad data. Leadium has managed a consistent multi-channel outbound program, getting a fantastic 56% open rate across our campaigns.

They even achieved a 1.4% conversion rate, which meant about 14 sales appointments per month for us. What's more, the leads they have brought in have had a higher close rate than any other lead channels over this same period. Working with Leadium has been awesome for our business, and we're so grateful for the results they've helped us achieve.

• I sort of provided this answer in my previous response, but let me go over the measurable outcomes from our project. We have seen a fantastic 56% open rate for our emails, a 1.4% conversion rate which has led to about 14 sales appointments per month, and a higher close rate for leads compared to other channels we tried before.
• Outsourcing our outbound prospecting has been super valuable because it let our internal team focus on what they're good at, like closing deals and keeping our customers happy. We evaluate success mainly on the lead pipeline created though, not fully on closed revenue (yet), since we're still exploring this new market and the sales cycle isn't completely defined yet. Overall, working with Leadium has really helped our business grow and succeed in this new market segment.

Leadium's project management has been great! They have delivered everything on time, and they are always ready to help us with whatever we needed. This could really be because we work directly with the executive team, which is one of the reasons we chose them as a boutique firm. Whenever we have had questions or needed something, they are super quick to respond and make sure our needs were met.

Sergey keeps team organized and efficient, which made working with them a real pleasure. We're super happy with how they manage the whole thing!

What really stood out to us about Leadium was their incredible experience in outbound sales. They're total experts! One of the big reasons we chose them over others was that we got to work directly with the founders. That meant we had access to senior-level expertise, which was super valuable for us. Another impressive thing about Leadium is that they have a whole Sales Development team on staff right here in the US.

That was important for us because in our industry, you've got to know your stuff when calling prospects, or they'll sniff you out. Leadium's team really knows their stuff, and that's made all the difference for us!

It's a challenge of outsourcing more generally, not specific to Leadium: you'll invest time in developing and training an SDR who's not ultimately on your staff, so eventually, that investment of time will pay dividends to another business, not yours.
