We were directed to KB’s SKAG articles and employed that strategy to our early ad campaigns. After some early success, we decided to engage KB for more hands-on help.

The project has been multi-faced and thorough. On the PPC side, we started by assessing our existing PPC ad campaigns and improving upon them. We dialed-in our data analytics tracking systems and then implemented new landing pages with targeted ad campaigns, as well as tested new ad structures. We continuously monitor spend on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis and adjust course as necessary.

On the SEO side, KB did a full audit of our exisiting SEO and then suggested SEO and website changes which we are now implementing. We launched a blog and are writing and posting blog content on a weekly basis. KB also helped us launch an outbound marketing campaign.

Team is composed of an account manager and designer on the PPC side, and a director/account manager plus a few writers on the SEO side. The size of the team has slightly fluctuated as our needs have grown. KB willingly pulls in additional resources on their end as needed.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our project is still ongoing and growing, but so far we have increased our PPC clicks by 58% and CTR by 28%. We launched the blog with weekly posts, which is already starting to increase organic traffic.

Our optimized site structure has also increased conversion rates and decreased bounce rates. These results are in line with our initial goals, though we are still in the progress and are continuing to work toward those goals.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Communication has been consistent and helpful. We meet weekly for PPC related items and monthly for SEO. They consistently use data to drive decision making and goal setting. Their team is proactive in identifying issues and suggesting solutions, and always confirms with us before making changes. They are very receptive to our input and do a great job of explaining why they do the things they do.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They are responsive, reliable, and transparent in their communication. Their breadth of knowledge in the field is invaluable as well.

Are there any areas for improvement?

We are already working to synchronize our PPC and SEO efforts, and we think the team is overall doing a great job.

The workflow was good. My rep and I spoke weekly for 30 minute in a standing call. My expectations were met insofar as our calls were standing weekly apppiointments.

The people - the team is always willing to help, answer outside questions, and brainstorm collectively with me.

I am the COO of Grubbly Farms, an online specialty animal feed store catering to the burgeoning backyard chicken market. Our company has excelled at content creation and branding however we needed additional assistance when it came to the data analytics and ad optimization side of things.

We needed help with our ad optimization. While we were excelling in content creation and social media marketing, we were spending too much time managing our ad spend and trying to optimize it. We needed help, but it did not make sense to hire someone. Our goal was to improve our ROAS in FB and Google advertising.

Our goals were to increase ad sales by 15% each month initially without increasing budget.As we have continued to work with them over the past year we have adjusted our goals to match needs of the company and economic climate at various times.

How did you select this vendor?

We interviewed several agencies over the course of a few months by having several conversations, reading through whitepapers and speaking with various references. We chose Klientboost because they had a very impressive team, a clear path to achieve our goals and a track record proven through their references and whitepapers. Price was also a larger consideration. Klientboost's pricing came in around the middle of the pack, but we felt they were a great fit and decided to move forward.

In their initial scope, they were working on optimizing ad spend and placement for Google and FB ads. Our goal was to increase revenue by 15% while keep costs the same. Since then, we have also included google optimize to work on CRO for our website.

The main members of our team are Bobby and Tyler. Bobby is our account lead and our main point of contact. Bobby is responsible for ad optimization on Google and FB while Tyler is responsible for designing the changes to our site for CRO testing.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

While the start was a little shaky as we launch new campaigns, working with Klientboost has been a great success. We have achieved our goals of increasing ROAS and ad revenue by 15%. Recently, we have seen a large uptick in demand and Klientboost has been very helpful there by deploying additional ads and managing a much larger advertising budget.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

We have standing weekly meeting where we review how our accounts have performed, where the successes and failures were and what adjustments can be made to improve. In addition, we have started using Asana to keep everyone on the same page about ad creation (our side) and implementation (their side) as well as track what is needed for google optimize.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

We greatly appreciate the dialogue between Bobby and our team. It allows us to stay agile while still working with an outside entity. Bobby is very responsive to our emails, requests for changes in ads, etc. They definitely feel like they blur the line between being an agency and part of the team.

There is not too much more we can ask for. Klientboost has been very receptive to our feedback and have made adjustments to accommodate us like using Asana.

We met every other week to keep the project on course and via email communications. This level of communication was sufficient.

Expertise ran deep in the company. Often you will be sold by the owner or the business dev person to then have lackluster performance but the folks managing your account. This was not the case with KlientBoost.

Before KlientBoost, we had never done any sort of PPC or had much of an online presence. The thought of investing money into something that was pretty foreign to us was not only scary but was seen as us “throwing money into a bottomless pit” by some of our partners. It didn’t take long before we not only made our investment back but also started profiting off of our partnership with KlientBoost.

We wanted to increase our online advertising presence as well as learn the ins and outs of online advertising as best as we could to be able to bring the project in-house.

How did you select this vendor?

We did as much research as possible before diving headfirst into a partnership with KlientBoost. We looked at competitors, individuals providing similar services, and even started learning about PPC and SEO ourselves so that we may keep it in-house. However, the knowledge, transparency and honesty, and quality of work we saw when we spoke to them blew us away. Looking back, all of the research we did truly helped us see what a gem KlientBoost is.

KlientBoost worked on the company's PPC account before I had to stop for personal reasons. Our account manager's work was incredible. His knowledge and expertise on the subject matter was top tier. From targeting specific areas to placing specific keyword bids, Mitchell was an incredible asset.

We had one account manager in Mitchell. He was so professional and the ultimate "no b.s." manager. He didn't tell us what we wanted to hear, he told us what was actually going on and that's so vital in a work relationship. He did a phenomenal job with the account.

It would be easy for me to say that we now have a positive ROI since we first started working with KlientBoost. While that’s true, it’s been incredible to see how many people have found us while looking for a competitor’s services. Being able to progressively take a bigger slice out of our market share has been unbelievable.

Incredible. Mitchell, who was our account manager, was always on top of his workload and if we ever had any concerns he was always quick to reply with an explanation as to why we shouldn't be worried. He was on point every time.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The fact that they seem to enjoy what they do. They're a no b.s. company and hopefully they keep it that way. Their input is so valuable and their knowledge of all things online marketing related is incredible.

They do so much right that it's hard to find a flaw with how they do business. Their managers are straightforward with their work and changes they make. If there's any improvement that could've been made it was from my end in communication.

After researching potential vendors online, we met with three different companies. KlientBoost stood out as the best option because they were clearly passionate about social media marketing and had the expertise necessary to help us achieve our goals. In addition to myself, the main decision makers were the VP of Marketing and Director of Marketing Communications.

KlientBoost helped us amplify our preexisting content and attract new leads through creative lead generation techniques. They focused on A/B testing to help us optimize our campaigns. We started off with just Facebook marketing, then added LinkedIn. Although we provided the content, they designed and set up all the creative around ads and landing pages. I served as the point of contact on our end, and we met once a week to discuss strategy and results.

What was the team composition?

Throughout our relationship with KlientBoost, we worked with an ad manager that helped with strategy and implementation and a creative manager that put together the ads and landing pages.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We measured the success of the campaigns based on a cost-per-lead target that we determined based on our other marketing channels. Within a few weeks, they were able to beat the target, providing more leads at a lower cost than we had imagined.

Our communication was mostly through email and Slack, and they were very receptive to feedback and quick to respond. The creative was always put together rather quickly, and they were always receptive to feedback from our creative team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Although I have not worked with other vendors, it was clear based on their work that the folks at KlientBoost were experts in their field. They taught us a lot about social media marketing, and we were very happy with the results.

Are there any areas for improvement?

The only thing that I think could have improved was the pace of onboarding and setting up initial campaigns, but we were definitely responsible for a lot of the minor issues that occurred.

Klientboost has been an important part of our company growth since mid 2018. Yoga International has achieved consistent rankings within the Inc. 5000 fastest growing companies in the USA. Overall company growth is approximately 100% since we began working with Klientboost two years ago.

Communication is the key to working with any agency. Klientboost's communication has been extremely flexible and they’ve adapted to our needs. They’ve always been open to different reporting were close to suit our unique requirements.

At the end of the day, results are always what count. Klientboost has been able to achieve results that we were unable to achieve on our own or with previous agencies.

We are always iterating and finding better workflows. This is always critical when working with any agency especially as the digital media space evolves and changes so rapidly. Shortly after I started working with this client, we established a new online marketing strategy that included KlientBoost to take over management of the client's paid ads. Since working with KlientBoost they have been able to identify who are primary online clients are and we are now on track to hit a 4 ROAS in the coming months.

At first, there was an initial slow growth period during the accounts learning phase. Throughout the learning phase, the performance of the account increased. From the learning phase, KlientBoost was able to identify who is our target audience.

KlientBoost continued to improve on our target audience by updating the targeting in our ad accounts to focusing on demographics that provide a higher ROI. We are now on track to hit a 4 ROAS in a few months.

How did you select this vendor?

I had worked with KB in the past. They brought a professional and organized approach to our account and quickly delivered significant improvements to both our social and PPC programs. It was a no-brainer to engage them with my current employer when it became clear that our campaigns needed a refresh.

We met with the team via Zoom where we walked them through our pain points and set expectations with respect to what KB would be doing and when. The KB team outlined what our strategy should look like and got buy in from the team on our side. As a finance person I try to look at projects through a lens that I can understand. PPC programs and the language used around them don't naturally fall into this lens. In response, I made a number of requests for uniquely framed reporting requirements to help me monitor account health and progress. While other firms have struggled to develop these reports, KB was quickly able to create them - a welcome change.

What was the team composition?

Our day to day contact is a senior account manager (who is far more experienced/effective/professional than account managers that we've worked with in the past - both in and out of the PPC world). We also have access to an ecommerce Director and creative team.

It's still early days, but we are already seeing positive results ahead of the schedule that we set out during the initial meetings. We've seen improvements to ROAS for both PPC and social. We are very pleased with the results thus far.

We speak on a weekly basis where our account manager runs a very efficient meetings. Generally their responses to email/slack messages is timely.

Their domain knowledge and ability to quickly, effectively take the reigns on a new account has been very impressive.
