Our goals were to increase our return on assets (ROA), increase our ROI, decrease spending strategically, and increase subscriptions.

I researched multiple companies, spoke to all of them, and decided that this company was the most qualified.

Our spending and cost per click (CPC) was out of control. We hired KlientBoost with the idea that we needed to lower our CPC and increase our ROA and ROI. Their PPC expert was able to make impressive improvements. He also made suggestions for some great new paid ad campaigns.

What was the team composition?

We initially communicated with the owner, but the main point of contact is our account manager.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

Our account manager increased our ROA for all of our PPC accounts, and we continue to see improvements as new campaigns are introduced.

How did the KlientBoost perform from a project management standpoint?

Our account manager updates me weekly as well as having a weekly call to go through their progress, discuss new ideas, and ask for my feedback.

What impresses you about the KlientBoost?

Our account manager is gold. He is intelligent, analytical, and really well-versed in all paid ad platforms.

No, not that I can see.

There are none that I would disclose publicly.

They have a very data-driven culture with a sense of accountability to stated goals. We have weekly status calls which help us make sure we're driving towards the best outcome for our firm.

What impresses you about the KlientBoost?

They have strong expertise in search engine rankings, and they also focus on PPC. The thought leadership of their CEO is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There could be tighter controls around what constitutes a lead. For example, someone may click on a link on one of our landing pages and decide not to engage with us over the phone. These have been counted as leads historically, but these interactions afford us no opportunity to engage with the target.
