Please describe your company and your position there.

I work at a private equity fund that invests into founder and family-owned businesses seeking capital. My role is principal and head of investment development, so I am responsible for producing investment opportunity leads.

For what projects/services did your company hire KlientBoost?

We hired KlientBoost to initiate a formal PPC campaign. We had previously worked with a digital marketing agency who offered this service, but they were not specialists.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to generate actionable investment opportunity leads through the PPC campaigns.

How did you select this vendor?

We had several in-person meetings with the CEO to better understand their capabilities. After speaking with numerous vendors, we felt that KlientBoost would be the best fit for our needs. They were also local, and so it made sense to work with them.

The scope includes initiating a PPC campaign, developing landing pages, and integrating lead forms with our existing Salesforce CRM.

What was the team composition?

Initially, the CEO was the point person, and then we migrated to an account manager who was our primary contact.

Can you share any statistics or metrics that speak to the quality of their work and impact of the engagement?

There are none that I would disclose publicly.

How did the KlientBoost perform from a project management standpoint?

They have a very data-driven culture with a sense of accountability to stated goals. We have weekly status calls which help us make sure we're driving towards the best outcome for our firm.

What impresses you about the KlientBoost?

They have strong expertise in search engine rankings, and they also focus on PPC. The thought leadership of their CEO is impressive.

Are there any areas for improvement?

There could be tighter controls around what constitutes a lead. For example, someone may click on a link on one of our landing pages and decide not to engage with us over the phone. These have been counted as leads historically, but these interactions afford us no opportunity to engage with the target.

Hiring KlientBoost has been like planting our very own money tree. We’ve nearly doubled our online sales, and the results just keep growing.

How did the KlientBoost perform from a project management standpoint?

Communication and project management are on point. They respond to our texts and emails almost instantly.

What impresses you about the KlientBoost?

Their entire team is overflowing with knowledge about Google Ads, Facebook ads, and conversion rate optimization. And I can say that because I've personally met nearly all of them. Johnathan (Founder, KlientBoost) isn't the exception, he's the standard.

We’re receiving much cleaner traffic and seeing a much better CPL, which saves money on conversions.

They’re very on the ball and always know exactly what to do in each situation.

What impresses you about the KlientBoost?

Their straightforward attitude and hands-on service are the best. They jump on the grenades and handle all issues timely.
