they were able to establish our digital marketing campaign structure and manged our campaign and were able to deliver conversion that was at or better than expected by our internal forecasting.

Their workflow was great. They delivered assets on time and communication was frequent. From top to bottom they were responsive and helped us understand the workflow and managed our expectations appropriately.

It is impressive how talented their team was and how responsive they were to our needs.

Not exactly although I would love to know more about their internal process.

They were able to set up all my PPC campaigns and grow sales quarter over quarter.

We communicated through email and Asana. We had meetings on a weekly basis with a full recap on the different campaign performances and strategies for the following week.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They are very knowledgeable and eager to help. With the Covid pandemic, they were about to work around a smaller monthly budget due to the reduction of our business.

Overall it was a good experience and the quality of the landing pages were above my expectation

I felt that the deliverables like the LP sometimes took more than expected but other than that it was an overall good experience

Over the years, our CPA and CPL dropped drastically, which allowed us to allocate even more dollars to the account. Additionally, the amount of work they did for us would have been the equivalent of 5-7 high-performing full-time employees.

Since my contact was the CEO, I could text him pretty much at any time and get real-time answers. We received regular updates and data from them. We also had weekly meetings where we reviewed all elements of the account.

Their ability to rapidly adapt to changes within the account as well as changes to external things like the Google algorithm.
