For our website design and development, we work with WordPress and Shopify. They also assist us with SEO strategy and implementation, whether it’s keyword research, coding, fax link building, or additional research on competitors. In addition, they help us with PPC and Google Ads.

We communicate through Monday.com, Slack, and Skype. ITXITPro gives us a timeline and a course of action, and they almost always deliver on time.

ITXITPro provided a professional website, which assured our customers that we are the ideal team to work with. We hadn't worked with WordPress before. The last person that built our website hard-coded everything so nobody in the office could make any changes. With the new site, it's super easy to make changes, you don't need to be the techiest person.

Nothing so far, we work with ITXITPro on an ad-hoc basis now which is amazing.

The team provides maintenance and support. They’re also helping us promote the portal for our other practitioners, who can buy a subscription to manage their patients, medical staff, their billing system, and their back-office automation.

They delivered a great product. Patients feel connected, and our back office is now automated. The automation has freed up time in our business, allowing us to be more productive and efficient. 

There are many useful aspects to the product ITXITPro developed. The billing system is very accurate, and we get daily reports. We currently have 35 staff members using it, with about 200 patients and 60 plus practitioners using it as well.

Whenever I call them, they answer. Whenever I email them, they reply instantly, even if it’s to tell me they’ll get back to me soon. They’ve given us additional ideas which extended the deadline.

It’s been a good experience. They’re a fantastic company. ITXITPro is always commutative and responds instantly. They’re supportive and offer personalized solutions.

Are there any areas they could improve?

They should supply some high-end services to their customers without any technical limitations or technical errors. They should be up to the mark on standards.

I’d advise potential customers to go ahead and trust ITXITPro and get their service. If you have any problems, let them know. They’re very trustworthy. They provide value for money.

They did a phenomenal job. The platform exceeded my expectations. Signup was slow, which is normal for a new product, but we saw steady increases in user engagement, including downloads, searches, etc. From the analytics I’ve seen so far, their marketing is on point.

I have no complaints. The team worked well. Scheduling and delivery were good. We spoke twice each week via WhatsApp and email. There are always issues regarding language barrier and time zone differences when working with offshore vendors, but we were able to work around it fine.

They shared their professional expertise with me regarding how the app should work. They provided a prototype before launching the app. The control system and functionality far exceeded anything I could’ve developed myself.
