Most deliverables were completed after much delays, iterations, some were postponed (posting an eBook on publishing platforms). Best work was the landing page on second domain name

Project management style is at beginners level, with a multitude of emails/communications/threats on Upwork - the project was delayed by about 3-months with a lot of time and effort solving miss-communications. It's almost as the company accepted the project without scoping this internally. I'm currently waiting on response from complaint to Upwork about the ethics of this company to warn other potential buyers.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Their honesty at the beginning, commitment, and determination to solve technical problems were impressive. But once the project was completed they did not respect the after service support. Although the company discounted final payment currently some API links are not working and mobile version not professional due to their coding.

Are there any areas for improvement?

Project management / professionalisation of coordination definitely / technical level of their project managers outside 1-2 whom I perceive to be well knowledgeable.

I’ll be honest, I was pretty burned by my last SEO experience. Spent eight months with another company paying nearly double what I pay now and had almost nothing to show for it organically. When I first got on a call with iMark they walked me through exactly what had been done and more importantly what hadn’t been done by my previous agency. That consultation alone was eye opening. That was eight months ago. I’m now heading into my busy season and for the first time I’m not scrambling to run ads just to get leads coming in. They’re coming in organically and consistently, and I’m ranking at the top of Google for basically all of my target keywords. I haven’t even touched my ad spend yet. What I really appreciate about them is how transparent they are about everything. You get a live dashboard from day one, regular campaign updates, and a seat in their project management software so you can see exactly what’s being worked on each month. No black box, no “just trust us” energy. You can actually see the work happening in real time. Honestly I feel pretty lucky to have found them when I did. first thing they did was go through our whole google ads account. they cleaned it up got rid of junk keywords, removed stuff that wasn’t working, and made the setup way more focused.
they also checked our tracking stuff, found some things that were off, and helped us fix that so the numbers we were seeing actually made sense.
after that, they started testing new ideas different kinds of campaigns, content, targeting. we’d get weekly reports that showed what worked, what didn’t, and what was next. it was super helpful.
