iMark Infotech runs PPC and Google Ads campaigns for our end customers. They run reports for me and create keyword lists for our customers. I also make suggestions for keywords, and we work together from there. Backlinking is also part of their SEO services. They’ve handled over 20 customers for me over the years.

iMark Infotech has helped me grow over the years, providing me with business assistance. My customers are happy. They do an excellent job, especially when I guide them in the right direction and let them know what the clients need.

They’re on the ball when it comes to meeting deadlines. Sometimes, things take a couple of days longer, but that’s normal. Shivani and Jyoti have been amazing and incredible. For tools, we use Basecamp to manage projects. To communicate, we use Slack.
What did you find most impressive about them?
iMark Infotech is highly organized, and everybody can communicate in English.
Are there any areas they could improve?
No, there aren’t any. They’re excellent in terms of their services and pricing.
Do you have any advice for potential customers?
Know what you want, and guide the iMark Infotech team. They do a good job, but you know your customers better. Given that, help them with research since you’re the one interacting with your customers.

iMark has been implementing all sorts of things that are improving our SEO for a local business. To be honest, the scope of work is beyond a lot of my understanding. They have been implementing a number of changes and recommending even more that we can make directly to our site and its content to improve our overall SEO.

Still a work in progress but we have over 30 keywords that we have targeted and get detailed reports weekly with progress.

They have been very punctual and thorough. As is the case with SEO, we are a work in progress... with only 2 months under our belt, I can't confirm the results. However, based on the work flow so far, it is apparent that they are very efficient and knowledgeable... I'm confident we'll see the results we expect at a price that was far more competitive than other local bids we received.

Weekly reporting and regular progress and status updates keep us informed on the teams work and next steps. The initial setup objectives were delivered quickly and efficiently – success is a little too early to establish given the nature of the service but based on the supplied access and level of detail demonstrated we feel comfortable that we will have a clear view of the results and level of success as soon as theses begin to appear.

They use a tool called Basecamp as a project management tool which is helpful with the project tasks. They also communicate with us in WhatsApp which is our preferred app in communication. They were some delays with some of the deliverables (which is rare), but they're quick to bounce back and are very accommodating with meeting requests whenever we need it. We don't feel that they are a provider, but they are a part of the team.

Off-page SEO. I hope they will find a better way for us to share with the clients proof for the articles being published. There were sometimes delays, and I had to chase and push a lot at the beginning. Like any offshore team and project management it required a lot of input from my end, rather than them just "running with it". However once the trust and understanding was build. I enjoyed working with them.

Some of the account managers that were assigned to our company's project really poured their heart & attention which made the experience of working with them very enjoyable and produced good results. 

Our engagement / website was not as straightforward and historically had a low budget – I do feel that the agency and most account managers (not all...but then I just asked for those to be replaced with someone who is a better fit, wasn't an issue) – I felt / feel that they really care and do their best to deliver given those limitations.

Yes, account managers change too often. It takes 2 months (at least) for the new account manager to get up to speed – and then only after working for 6-8 months and we get into a "groove" of working together - they leave the company. And we have to go to another cycle of getting new account manager on board...
