Describe the scope of work in detail. Please include a summary of key deliverables.

My encounter with iMark was nothing short of a transformative experience. From the moment I started working with them, I knew they were different. One of the things that sets them apart is the personal touch they bring to the table. Ishan, the owner, has not only been a reliable partner but also a good friend throughout this journey. Despite being a small client at the time, he would always find the time to take my calls, whether it was during his lunch break or on weekends.

This level of dedication and connection is something you rarely find. Before I started working with iMark, my business was struggling, and I didn't know how to turn things around. The rebranding and SEO strategy they implemented were nothing short of game-changing. Thanks to their efforts, my business is not only back on its feet but growing at an incredible pace.

What I will always remember, however, was the way they supported us during Covid and our financial struggles. After the success of our initial website, we proceeded to create more, fully confident in iMark's ability. Today, across four websites, we consistently rank within the top positions for nearly all relevant keywords. They didn't just promise results; they delivered them.

If you've been burned by SEO providers in the past or are just looking for a trusted partner to help your business succeed, iMark is the way to go. I can't recommend them enough. Thank you, iMark, for being the driving force behind the success and growth of my business. I look forward to our continued partnership.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Keywords ranking in the top positions. Increase in customer requests. They have developed their own reporting tool called Agency Dashboard that tracks the performance of keywords.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Overall, I'm very happy with the project management side of things. They do get busy, and sometimes I may need to send them a reminder, but that's not often!

What I found most impressive and unique was their genuine desire to see us succeed. They not only celebrate our achievements but also stand by our side during tough times.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

We are all human and mistakes do happen, but if there's any problems just talk to them, I'm sure they will find a way to make it better or fix it. They always ask for feedback through private surveys anyway.

Traffic growth for correct keywords.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

There were sometimes delays, and I had to chase and push a lot at the beginning. Like any offshore team and project management it required a lot of input from my end, rather than them just "running with it". However once the trust and understanding was build. I enjoyed working with them.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Some of the account managers that were assigned to our company's project really poured their heart & attention which made the experience of working with them very enjoyable and produced good results.

Our engagement / website was not as straightforward and historically had a low budget – I do feel that the agency and most account managers (not all...but then I just asked for those to be replaced with someone who is a better fit, wasn't an issue) – I felt / feel that they really care and do their best to deliver given those limitations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

Yes, account managers change too often. It takes 2 months (at least) for the new account manager to get up to speed – and then only after working for 6-8 months and we get into a "groove" of working together - they leave the company. And we have to go to another cycle of getting new account manager on board...
