iMark provides full SEO services for our website, which include backlink building, keyword research, on-site SEO and technical SEO.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have only been working with iMark for 3.5 months, which is early to see results from an SEO project. But we have been impressed with how comprehensive and efficient their work is. They have done keyword research for us and built out a content plan for an entire year, which is easy for our content writers to follow and produces copy that is both SEO and reader-friendly.

They have generated for us hundreds of backlinks through guest blog posts, directories and other venues. And they have done a full technical SEO audit of our website, correcting any on-site issues that could impede our SEO.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

They use Basecamp for project management, which is efficient and easy to use. All projects were delivered on time. When I had questions or issues, they responded to them proactively.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

iMark has a very good system to insure that all work gets done quickly and efficiently. Unlike most SEO companies, they don't just focus on one aspect of SEO -- they focus on all the on-page and off-page factors that get you more high-intent traffic. I really like working in Basecamp because it makes it easy to track deliverables.

Are there any areas for improvement or something iMark Infotech Pvt. Ltd. could have done differently?

iMark's strength is not copywriting. They don't claim to be copywriters, so that wasn't a disappointment to me. But I think if someone wants to truly outsource all their content, they should hire a freelancer writer to do the copywriting work, based on the keyword research that iMark does.
