Some of the account managers that were assigned to our company's project really poured their heart & attention which made the experience of working with them very enjoyable and produced good results. 

Our engagement / website was not as straightforward and historically had a low budget – I do feel that the agency and most account managers (not all...but then I just asked for those to be replaced with someone who is a better fit, wasn't an issue) – I felt / feel that they really care and do their best to deliver given those limitations.

Yes, account managers change too often. It takes 2 months (at least) for the new account manager to get up to speed – and then only after working for 6-8 months and we get into a "groove" of working together - they leave the company. And we have to go to another cycle of getting new account manager on board...

Over the past year and half that iMark InfoTech has been working on our account, we've recorded steady increases in website authority, clicks, backlinks, and ultimately conversions (more contact form submissions, phone calls, etc.).

Honestly, they are very good at soliciting feedback, and they act on it. Early on we suggested some ways to improve communication to better fit with our internal reporting and they quickly adapted to fit our needs. If you see an area for improvement, just talk to them about it and they will work with you to set it right. We really have no complaints.
