Hardsider is a product design and manufacturing company creating products to get people outside. Our first product is a fast, quiet, comfortable, and adaptable truck camping system that uses origami-inspired technology to create a fully mobile basecamp out of the back of a truck bed. My name is Noel – I started Hardsider as a personal project out of my passion for making truck camping more comfortable, so adventurers can go further without sacrificing convenience.

I started Hardsider as a one-off, personal project and was brought into Outliant for productization – developing our truck-to-RV technology into a marketed product. Our goal was to get fundraising for our product and launch the website to make our first sales in January 2023.

In just a few months, Outliant worked on fundraising for the project, branding, our website, AR (Augmented Reality) interactive experiences, videos, and building out a marketing strategy. Now that our website and product are almost ready to go, it’ll be exciting to see what our sales will be like once Hardsider officially launches. The team is very knowledgeable and experienced with bringing new ventures to market, so they’ve been more of a problem solver than a delivery team, which is key for all early stage projects.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

For general feedback, I can say that Outliant delivered on all of their promises. Our website and product are almost ready to go, and the whole productization process has been a great experience. The results have been mind-blowing so far. I can’t wait to see the website go live.

It was really simple to collaborate with everyone involved in the project via Slack. Austin and Konrad broke everything down about the project in a way that made it clear. I am impressed with how quickly they went from 0-100 with the website content and animations. The team was always willing to make changes and implement any feedback.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What impresses me about Outliant is their knowledge when it comes to full stack development, marketing, video editing, and more. They know A LOT, and I think their knowledge speaks for itself when you see what they can create. In addition, they don’t just look at offering solutions, they genuinely care about understanding the problems and collaboratively finding ways to solve them

Outliant did a complete rebuild and design of our website, migrating the new site to Webflow. They also continue to help us with any ​​bug/issue resolution and support. In a few months, the Outliant team worked with us to completely revamp our website by utilizing questionnaires, weekly calls, and communication through Slack.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

The Outliant team went above and beyond to deliver our new website. They put a big emphasis on having a reason or strategy behind every part of their process. I came to them with a very tight timeline and they delivered. Our new website looks awesome! We are so impressed with how everything turned out.

The team outlined the process in our shared Slack channel in a highly organized way. They constantly communicated with us through Slack. We also had weekly sync meetings to help the project stay on track and address any questions or next steps.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Something I find unique about Outliant is their level of knowledge when it comes to tech—for example, knowing the best platforms to increase organic web traffic and understanding all of the mechanisms that work behind the scenes. I also like that they continuously considered our perspective and input.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I don’t think so! We enjoyed working with the Outliant team. It’s so helpful that they can also continue to support us with any bug issues.

I am Alejandro Ramírez, a senior backend developer and the lead data engineer at GreenRun, a premier sports betting app currently operating in South America with a bit over 2 months in market and 300k+ registered members. I was the main point of contact for this project.

We partnered with the Outliant team with the main objective of setting up GreenRun for success through the implementation of data strategy across different data platforms in order to make all of our decisions always based on rich and detailed data. Segment.com recommended Outliant to us as one of their preferred partners. Outliant instilled confidence on our team and proved to have the knowledge we needed to get us up and running quickly and safely.

Outliant worked with us to architect a data strategy and choose a data stack that would help us scale. With their help, we were able to implement Segment, Mixpanel, Postgres, Customer.io, Redshift and Hotjar.

We worked with 2 people, Austin and Diego. Austin was our primary contact who oversaw our implementation and provided a bunch of ideas and insigh, and Diego has been a huge support as well with his expertise and experienced point of view. The team was great and I would easily recommend them both.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We were able to get everything integrated within a few weeks. Outliant was able to help us organize all of our data which in turn got us to building reports that allowed us to measure key KPIs for our business. They also helped us configure engagement platforms that allowed us to effectively communicate and drive engagement by using that very same data for segmenting and automating purposes.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Efficient. Each member of the team we worked with ensured that all deadlines were met, and they were prompt in communicating any difficulties or issues. Our meeting schedule consisted of a weekly meeting and asynchronous slack communication which consistently upped our performance and agility at developing our strategy.

Outliant helped us set up an integrated CRM and marketing automation, onboard new customers to our platform, and build out our onboarding videos for our training series. Our goal for this project was to streamline our all-in-one FP&A solution by having an automated integration setup.

• Outliant’s data and analytics specialists consulted with our customer to find out which metrics were important to their business
• Once the metrics were established, Outliant built the client’s analytics blueprint (tracking plan) and made sure that all the needed data was ingested into the Mixpanel platform
• After implementation was complete, Outliant then trained the customer on how to use Mixpanel to gain the valuable insights they were seeking.

Outliant was able to onboard 30+ customers across a wide range of company sizes, usage levels and industries. The customers end the engagements with Outliant implemented are ready to succeed. We can look at their long-term health and usage and see the mission was successful.

Very effective. We had weekly check-ins, and their flexibility and responsiveness to our needs/questions made working with them a pleasure. They're responsive and prioritize their efforts effectively.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Outliant’s ability to make things happen. When Outliant works on a project without clear direction, I can trust that Outliant will use critical thinking to figure out the best path forward and provide the customer with a valuable solutions.

Some of the technologies used were Contentful, Gatsby, Vue.js, Node.js, Stripe, Elastic Search, Segment, Snowflake, Mixpanel, Customerio, Ninetailed and Postgress.

Thanks to the efficacy of the platform, Winona acquired thousands of new customers in a very short period. From onboarding to interacting with a Winona doctor, our patients are able to receive the care they deserve. This growth popularized Winona, making it a prominent name in telemedicine today.

We use Outliant and their many video editors/assistants to finalize the production of quality content. The goal is to let their expertise handle all of the final production stages of our content.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

I was already in the market for individuals who can help with content creation and creativity for our content when I came across Outliant. It is very easy to work with Outliant's team instead of trying to deal with several different individuals.

Describe the video(s) and the process in detail, including the project steps and all stages of production.

I have been working with Outliant now for 8-9 months, and I am now able to send raw footage to the lead-editor with a small description of the "feel" or the "vibe" that I would like to portray within the project. They have grown to know the exact style that I am looking for, so minimal corrections are needed after they've completed their work. It is very convenient to have the lead-editor as a main point of contact. The lead-editor then communicates directly with the rest of his team on my behalf. This saves me a lot of time throughout my day to work on other important tasks.

Who did you work with and what was the feedback process like?

I communicate with the lead editor and he is able to communicate with the rest of the team. Videos are uploaded to a website called Frame, where it is very easy to leave timestamped comments and suggestions. They are very good at receiving feedback and correcting anything in a timely manner.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since I've been using Outliant and their team, I now spend nearly zero time editing or worrying about the entire process. I would consider myself a perfectionist, and they still are able to meet my requirements.

My favorite part of Outliant's project management style is the fact that I only have to communicate with one person. There is a team of 10-15 people that work directly on my projects, yet I only have contact with one person. This frees up my time.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I love the fact that their team works across many time zones and there is never a time that I cannot reach somebody.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

It would be unrealistic to say there's anything I would change. I am 10/10 satisfied.

We have been trying to launch a redesign of key pages on our site and met with a mystery of why the new pages caused a downturn in subscriptions.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

We have used Ignite before for PPC, SEO and email marketing all with very good results, so it was not even a question when they announced a CRO dept. for use.

Our consultant meets with us bi-weekly and always has abundant ideas, each of them practical, buildable and definitely an improvement for us. A recent one looks to improve our CVR by a notable percentage. These usually deal with tweaks to color, text and design of elements on our product pages and sign up pages. It includes A/B testing of the new designs.

We are currently working chiefly with one consultant with a second one sitting in on our meetings. He is head of the CRO dept. He consults regularly and easily with our PPC manager for synergy between those departments.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Early testing shows the most recent improvement to our main call to action button is increasing our subscriptions by 9%. We are currently in A/B testing for a redesign of our 2 sign up pages. While the test has run, there has been no drop in sign ups; we are still measuring for increases.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Our consultant is readily available and communication is very fluid. Designs are sent back and forth with ease. We meet via Zoom and email designs.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Ignite hires top quality experts in each department. The CRO consultant we work with is very experienced and rolled in with numerous and insightful recommendations. Ignite's consultations are always rich.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They had an overall account manager for us about a year ago who was very good at listening to our needs and could hep us coordinate synergies between the various departments with whom we consulted. Their presence seems to have receded this year.

I’m a senior copywriter at an industrial machinery manufacturing company, and we’re based in Santa Fe Springs, California.

We wanted to have a greater presence in social media, and we wanted to give the job to a team of experts so that we could expand our reach across various social media platforms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ignite Visibility handled our social media posts for each week on platforms such as LinkedIn, Instagram, Pinterest, and Facebook. Then, we collaborated with them to produce content. On top of that, we helped them create responses to comments or inquiries on our accounts. Sometimes, they directed people to a specific department within our company.

We worked together from May 2021–April 2022.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

We looked at our target engagements, and Ignite Visibility also showed us the impressions, traffic, and conversions we were getting. Although we definitely saw an improvement when we worked with them, we determined that our company and products weren’t really applicable to large social media conversions.

How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?

They had a good project management process, and they took a lot of initiative during our engagement. In addition, they responded well with feedback. They chose Jira as a project management tool at first, but we opted to use Google Sheets instead. We worked cooperatively across Google Sheets because it was the most accessible tool for us. Then, we communicated over email and phone, and we had weekly calls with them.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They demonstrated a wonderful can-do attitude. Above all, they listened very well, and they were very knowledgeable.

Are there any areas they could improve?

No. Nothing really stood out as areas they could improve.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Ignite Visibility is a wonderful team and if I have my own enterprise, I’ll consider them for my marketing solution.

We needed someone to provide us with digital marketing services, specifically for PPC and SEO.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Ignite Visibility manages a number of our ad accounts, including Google, LinkedIn, TikTok, and Pinterest. We work closely with their team for SEO, paid media and ads development, keyword research, and PPC campaigns.

We give them a brief rundown for each campaign, supply them with creative collateral, and provide them with high-level consultation to kickstart their ad development process.

Tony Robbins knew the owner of Ignite Visibility, so there was already a pre-existing relationship between our two companies.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Since partnering with Ignite Visibility, they have increased our lead volume by 400% respectively — their work is the heart of what produces our revenue.

How did Ignite Visibility perform from a project management standpoint?

They consistently meet our deadlines and respond to our concerns and requests with agility. They’re also excellent at adhering to our budget and keeping pace with how much we’re spending each month.

They’re highly receptive when it comes to communication, and we typically interact through Zoom and Slack, while we manage the project through Asana.

What did you find most impressive about them?

We’re impressed with their responsiveness, attention to detail, and the quality of the results they deliver.

We believe that they’re the ideal agency for digital marketing, and we feel very confident knowing we’re in the best hands based on how strong our relationship is with them.

I can tell they have our best interest at heart because they’re always going the extra mile for us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

We’ve given them a lot of constructive feedback and they would always adjust and improve upon them each time. I don’t see any way they could improve right now as they’re doing top-notch work for us.

Be clear on your organizations vision and goals, outline your objectives for them, and provide their media buyers the latitude and freedom to “own” the ad accounts they manage – they will be sure to please you with outstanding results!
