HDWEBSOFT managed the complete web development process for the product. They built the infrastructure from scratch, leveraging technologies like ElasticSearch, JSON, and several APIs. The final result allows users to securely log in and view their performance scores through a custom-built interface.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

HDWEBSOFT built all the foundational systems that power our analytics platform. Every component was engineered for high performance. Despite housing a vast national database containing confidential records, the user experience is as seamless as any modern e-commerce site.

User feedback has been overwhelmingly positive—no complaints about usability or system stability. I honestly can’t recall a single incident where the platform was inexplicably down or encountered a major failure.

Whenever bugs arise (as they inevitably do), the team resolves them quickly and professionally. We’ve opted for a minimalistic UI/UX by design, so while we aren’t industry leaders in that area, it’s a conscious choice—not a reflection on HDWEBSOFT. Their focus on functionality and user access to healthcare analytics has been spot-on.

Our workflow is highly organized and driven through Jira. It's a continuous feedback loop where we supply wireframes, use cases, and technical documentation. Their project management is outstanding thanks to rapid, clear communication. HDWEBSOFT consistently interprets our inputs accurately and implements features within reasonable deadlines.

We rely on our project manager to coordinate between their development team and ours. She oversees timelines and resourcing, and is a big part of why this partnership continues to thrive.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They’ve proven to be one of the strongest vendor relationships we’ve had. A few areas in particular stand out: their responsiveness, consistent delivery, and reliability. If you reach out with a question, you can expect an answer by the next morning. They always stick to deadlines and stay within budget.

Culturally, they’re also a great match. There’s real camaraderie between our teams, and they feel more like internal staff than an outside vendor. They're trustworthy, genuine people, and it shows.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HDWEBSOFT could have done differently?

If there’s one area I’d like to see them grow, it’s in UI/UX capabilities. That’s one aspect of our platform where we still differentiate from competitors, and I’d love for HDWEBSOFT to eventually manage that piece as well. It’s not a major drawback, just an area with room for expansion
