In the end, they created a pilot's front end and rear end. It's an Android smartphone application. We intend to make the app available to the whole public.

There used to be 12 members of our backend staff, or one person for every two districts. With FieldMax implemented, we now have five team members overseeing all 24 districts. As of today the web-application still undergoes the final testing. Therefore we haven't gotten any actual customer results/feedback yet. Internally within our Group we have received lots of positive feedback and people can really connect to how the application can solve lots of pains.

It allows users to create gift selection pages with personalized branding, including their own images (HDWEBSOFT provided 15 custom illustrations for backgrounds), logos, text, and product options tied directly into our Shopify inventory.

When recipients select a gift, the system automatically generates an order and sends tracking updates to both the sender and the recipient. Both our team and the gift recipients can upload orders via CSV, and HDWEBSOFT added several thoughtful features that continue to delight our customers.
