HDWEBSOFT worked closely with us to understand how Harvee Logistics operates and then built the mobile app around our workflow instead of forcing a standard template on us. The scope included reviewing our logistics and warehouse processes, planning the app structure, UI/UX design, development, testing, revisions, and deployment support. The app was built around our actual day-to-day operations, supporting dispatch coordination, warehouse movement, cross-docking visibility, and communication between the office and the field. Since we handle specialized freight including bonded and hazmat loads, it was important that the workflow be clear and reliable. The final product gave us a practical tool our team could actually use during operations.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest improvement was operational visibility and smoother coordination between warehouse and dispatch. Our team spends less time following up manually because information is easier to access. It also helped create a more streamlined workflow between our warehouse in Ayr and transportation operations, especially when handling active shipments and managing multiple moving parts across fleet and storage. Overall it improved efficiency and gave us a stronger operational process.

Project management was very organized from start to finish. Their team communicated clearly, gave regular updates, and stayed on schedule with deliverables. What we appreciated most was how responsive they were when we explained something specific about our operation. Logistics can move fast and every business has its own process—HDWEBSOFT listened, adjusted quickly, and made sure the app reflected what our team actually needed on the ground.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The most impressive part was how seriously they took understanding our business before building anything. Harvee Logistics isn’t a one-service company, we’re managing warehousing, cross-docking, fleet operations, and specialized transportation. HDWEBSOFT took the time to understand that and delivered something that matched our workflow. Their communication was strong throughout and they were dependable whenever changes or feedback came up.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HDWEBSOFT could have done differently?

Overall we had a very positive experience. If anything, it would be helpful to continue sharing ideas around future enhancements as our operations keep growing, but from a delivery and communication standpoint we were happy with the partnership and the result.
