HDWEBSOFT helped us review the existing system, understand the data flow, and identify where AI could be added without causing too much disruption. They worked on the backend integration, API connection, data handling, and testing for the AI related features. Their team also helped us decide what should be handled by AI and what should stay rule based. That was useful because not every process needed AI, and they were practical about that. 
The work included several rounds of testing because the system had many dependencies. They also helped us monitor performance during the integration so we could catch issues early before releasing it to more users. The key deliverables included AI workflow integration, backend service updates, API implementation, testing and validation support, performance monitoring, and deployment support.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The biggest result was that the AI integration worked without creating major problems for the existing platform. That may sound simple, but for us it was very important. The new AI features helped reduce manual review in a few key workflows and made the system better at handling larger volumes of data. 
Our internal team also spent less time checking repetitive cases because the system could now suggest useful actions or highlight issues earlier. We did not treat this as a one time experiment. The integration gave us a stable base to continue improving the product with more AI features later.

Describe their project management. Did they deliver items on time? How did they respond to your needs?

Project management was solid. They were not the kind of team that disappeared after receiving the requirements. We had regular updates, and when something was unclear, they asked questions instead of making random assumptions. 
There were some technical discussions that took longer than expected, especially around data quality and performance. However, I prefer that they raised those concerns early rather than rushing and creating bigger issues later. They were responsive and generally delivered according to the plan.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I liked most was that they were realistic about AI. They did not make exaggerated promises. They looked at our system, explained what was possible, and focused on building something that would actually work in production. Their engineers understood both the AI side and the software engineering side. That balance was important for us because this was not a small demo. It had to fit into a real system with real users.

Are there any areas for improvement or something HDWEBSOFT could have done differently?

The overall experience was good. If I had to mention one thing, I would say the early technical documentation could have been more detailed. During the first phase, some explanations were shared in meetings, but it would have been helpful to have more of that written down earlier. That said, they were always willing to clarify things, and the final integration was stable, which was the main thing we cared about.
