Galaxy walked me through the scope of the project, set up resource management and communication in a project management app, and was available via this channel, via Zoom and through email.

I'm very happy with the aesthetic and end result of the website.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Galaxy, specifically Priyanka was very responsive and helpful, and I really enjoyed working with the team. I know that web dev projects can be challenging to launch and scope creep is fairly typical, but I cannot recommend the team more highly.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Every ask I made was addressed and every task fulfilled. I know a good bit about the web development process and had many assets prepared, which made the process easier, but I asked a lot of the Galaxy team and they came through with every request.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I wasn't a huge fan of ActiveCollab (the project management tool), but the actual Galaxy team was great.
