Nothing was done correctly. Sometime I have to tell them what to do, then what's the point I hire them.

I currently hire this company to manage our Google shopping ads. They haven't done anything for three weeks now. They only set up the campaigns, which I already have. The ad assets they've created have been terrible; no one will look at ads like that.

Nothing was done correctly. Sometimes, I have to tell them what to do, and then what's the point of hiring them? They didn't deliver anything except some terrible initial setup
