Excellent WebWorld were to develop an iOS mobile app with designs and logic provided. The mobile app was developed with a mixture of UIKit and SwiftUI as well as some other backend technologies.

Unfortunately the team had many changes through the development process, however, the mainstay was the project manager and if it weren’t for him, the project would not have been a success. While the team may have got smaller, I never felt the project was in doubt as the skill level of those that remained surpassed my expectations.

I am satisfied with the outcome of the mobile app launch.

For any project, communication is one of the top priorities and the project management style was excellent. For day to day communication we used Skype, otherwise for for more detailed feedback, it was sent through email. Feedback was always completed in a timely manner.

The most impressive aspect of their company was their commitment to satisfy our expectations. This only comes from having excellent leadership from the top. If you are a client of theirs, no matter the issues you may face through the development process (and there will be in any project), they will try their upmost best to find a resolution.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

1. When the client sends feedback, if there are any questions or confusion, they should be asked before conducting any work as often mistakes would be made which then required the developers to go back and rectify it (which is not efficient use of time).
2. Quoted time for work hours needed for any change requests should be more transparent and soured the overall impression of the company in hindsight.

They were also tasked with creating a web app for the business panel, where the businesses can set up their virtual storefront, manage their staff and drivers, as well as see their bookings inside of a calender.

They understood our vision, and gave life to it via quality app design in Figma. Observing their work, we decided to extend the project with an app development service as well. They went above and beyond to ensure we had all of the features we needed for our app. 

We even had some last minute changes which extended the project, but they were kind and completed everything we needed. It was very clear their goal was for us to be satisfied and proud of the design they built.

We use a mixture of Slack communication and weekly sometimes bi-weekly meetings depending on how complex the tasks were each week. We have moved on to the development of the app due to the high confidence and results we saw Bhumika deliver.

Due to Covid the process was a bit slower than we planned but in the end we launched four apps, a webportal and fully functional backend to support operations. Those tools have allowed us to grow to three 20 markets across three states in the US.

We are very hands on project managers. We had daily standup meetings with the senior engineer and project manager and had project progress tools to monitor progress.

We were impressed with their adaptability and willingness to go the extra mile to deliver on ideas. I can count on one hand the amount of times they said something isn't doable. First they try and then we adapt and overcome.

We are still in the process of our official launch. There were a few delays, which were out of the control of the excellent webworld team and due to the integrating parties, however, I’m still pleased with the outcomes and the service that was provided.

The team I partnered with at Excellent WebWorld have been great to work with. I’ve had a couple of program managers, however, it seems like every one of them were versed on the project. My most recent, Ritesh, really seems to get the job done. Sakshi, the Buisness Analyst and Kedar, are also always pleasant to work with as well and and great at answering our demands. Also, Dharitri, and her team, have been great. I’ve recently been more connected with Dharitri and really appreciate her thoroughness in ensuring that all items I ask for are completed.

As there is a time difference, the team is always working late hours to meet with me and I greatly appreciate it! They went above and beyond to ensure the app was approved.

Their mobile app development skills are great. However, I think the dedication, communication, and the passion towards their work and satisfying their clients really shows. That’s truly what blew me away.

The team composition is completely based on the project requirements, its size, and the type of development. If I give an example then for an average app development project - the team contains 2 Android Developers, 2 iOS Developers, a UI/UX designer, a Project Manager, Delivery Manager, and QA.

We have hired designers for our project. The team really helped me create a new brand identity with my core routed values and that is the reason we still are in touch and keep on exchanging ideas to engage for long term business relationships.
