We’re leveraging Emizen Tech’s experience to build an admin panel for our app. This app is built for iOS and Android, and it runs on the Golang technology. With this admin panel, we will see all of our analytics, and we will be able to administrate user posts and remove users from the app if needed. Emizen Tech has been really great regarding communication, and they’ve been very professional in managing our timelines. They constantly let me know the project status and reach out to communicate any updates. That aspect has been very important to me. We communicate via email and Google Meet video conferences.

Initially, they provided me with a project plan, and currently, that plan is on schedule. This plan is on a shared Drive document, so I can go in and see where we are in the process anytime.

We’ve been working together for just a few months, so it might still be early for constructive criticism. However, I haven’t found an area of improvement for them so far.

Provide all of your project’s details and information upfront, including clear directions about what you’re trying to do. However, if you don’t have all the details polished up, Emizen Tech is very capable of providing a great strategy with your input.

For what projects/services did your company hire Emizen Tech, and what were your goals?

we have hired EmizenTech to develop a multi vendor E-Commerce system with 3 Hybrid apps including | A super admin web panel, Hybrid Mobile App iOS + Android for Store/Shop Owners, Hybrid Mobile App iOS + Android for customer, Hybrid Mobile App iOS + Android for Delivery Partner, they took 5 months to deliver this.

How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

we have contacted 5 vendors from which EmizenTech cost was average but they have very good Technical understanding & The Management is also very good.

the main backend was developed in a framework based out of Laravel 8 (PHP). and all other hybrid apps were build on Flutter. We have divided the project in 3 phases and initial MVP version. on the very 1st step EmizenTech has shared Project's WireFrames on figma. then we had many calls to discuss the flow with all the Apps & Backend panel.

After that UI has been developed. and in the same time the backend has been built so all the team is working in a parallel manner. the main part was the delivery boy assignment & the technical team has cracked the logic for using him for multiple deliveries at same time.

a total of 8 resources were working 1 Project Manager 1 UI/UX Designer 2 Flutter Developers 2 Backend Developers 1 Technical Architect 1QA

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

the MVP was launched within 6 weeks and the Hybrid app was suggested by EmizenTech's team to save the cost and time. They suggested the best strategies and worked in a cost effective manner.

Skype was used for communication. the Project manager was giving demo every 2 weeks for the project updates and taking feedbacks. timeline was increased by 1 week due to some customisation.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

almost every thing is managed and i had a good consultation for my project.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

they should improve the internal CRM and Invoicing Part.
