They were late on each phase of the project and never gave me a heads-up or a reason. I got the feeling I was consistently being pushed to the bottom of their priority list, as my project was small compared to their other clients. 

Jasmine, my main point of contact, was great. But questions I asked her often had to be submitted to developers or designers, which sometimes resulted in me having to ask the same question a few times before getting an answer. Overall, this was the area where I was pretty disappointed in efelle. I know $15,000 isn't a lot to them, but it's a huge investment for me as a small solo entrepreneur, and I hoped I'd get better and more prompt service for that amount of money.

While I was waiting for their response, I asked the developer of the Shopify app I was using and he was able to give me a short piece of code that instantly solved my problem within 20 minutes of me asking.
