When building the wireframes and design, it was critical for EB Pearls to grasp our goal as well as to understand the mindset that users will have when using the website. They understood from our discovery meetings with us about persuading website visitors by utilising the Matrak platform by booking a demo would be a significant focus, so they made sure to keep that in mind when designing the website's user experience and design. After completion of this phase, we also received the detailed project plan before the actual development started. The development team divided work into different sprints, each focusing on a single feature with  progressive development, and continuous enhancements were all aided by this.
