We hired E-GUIDER for complete digital business growth consulting and maintenance.

SOLUTION

Can you describe the scope of work E-GUIDER handled for your project at Schemex Engineering?

E-GUIDER has provided web and software development and digital marketing services. For web development, they’ve designed and launched a modern, fast, and responsive website tailored to our brand. In software development, they’ve built custom tools and automated features that streamline our backend operations. Their digital marketing team handles targeted ad campaigns and organic growth strategies.

We found them through an online search. They had high ratings, good value for cost, and were referred to me.

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in January 2023, and the engagement is ongoing.

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Working with E-GUIDER has delivered clear, measurable results across the board. Our website performance has improved significantly, with page load times decreasing by nearly 40% and organic visitor traffic increasing by around 35% within the first few months. The custom software solutions have automated repetitive manual tasks, cutting down our daily operational processing time by half. Additionally, their targeted marketing campaigns have led to a noticeable surge in qualified leads and a much lower cost per acquisition (CPA).Following the campaign rollout, we’ve seen an approximate 45% increase in qualified inbound leads over a three-month period. At the same time, their targeting and ad optimizations have helped reduce our CPA by around 25%–30%, significantly improving our overall return on ad spend (ROAS).We track these improvements primarily using Google Analytics 4 (GA4) to monitor traffic, user engagement, and conversion paths, alongside Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads dashboards for real-time campaign performance. For lead qualification, pipeline tracking, and customer acquisition cost (CAC) calculations, we rely directly on our CRM reports, which clearly reflect the increase in conversion rates and operational efficiency.

How was the project management of E-GUIDER?

E-GUIDER’s project management is seamless, organized, and highly communicative throughout the entire engagement. They’ve established clear milestones from day one, conducted regular progress updates via virtual meetings and messaging channels, and remained proactive in addressing feedback. Crucially, they’ve delivered all key milestones strictly on time without cutting corners on build quality. Their ability to manage multiple moving parts across design, software integration, and marketing has made the entire workflow effortless for our team.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

What stands out most is their end-to-end technical versatility combined with genuine strategic ownership. Many agencies excel at either aesthetics, complex backend engineering, or marketing, but E-GUIDER manages all three cohesively under one roof. They don’t just blindly follow instructions; they proactively analyze our business workflow, recommend smarter architectural choices, and ensure that the website and custom software are completely aligned with our lead acquisition goals. Their proactive problem-solving and dedication to actual business outcomes make them feel like an internal partner rather than an outsourced vendor.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Honestly, there’s very little they can do differently. Their technical delivery, responsiveness, and project tracking have exceeded our expectations. In the beginning, the scope had multiple moving parts that required quick iterations, but their team adapted rapidly and handled everything smoothly. We’re thoroughly satisfied with the entire engagement.
