We went from 0 to 2000 property owners in the first 6 months of launching the product. During the same period, we have gained customer-paid subscriptions and enterprise-level partnerships.

Yes, when prompted, Dipa would deliver within a quick timeframe. Each business day, they provided on-time deliverables for a new feature, page, or update to an existing interface. They easily matched our client's needs when it came to it in terms of design. When we needed speed and quality from them, they delivered. For other items beyond just website design (like marketing graphics), they have made the effort to involve members beyond their team to provide that expertise to us.

When prompted for drafts of new designs for website features, I would like to see some more personal analysis of the designs they are providing me. We did not hire them to provide this analysis, so it is not expected, but it would be nice to hear more of their thoughts and breakdown of their designs.

We first provided Dipa Inhouse with the basic concept of how we wanted our website and web app to work, including the number of pages and some rough ideas of the content. They then created the design based on our specifications and our founder’s comments. Throughout this process, Dipa Inhouse created layout elements, illustrations, buttons, and design principles. As for the technology stack, the team used Figma as a design tool and LottieFiles for animations.

The key KPIs for our project was being on time and within budget and deliver UI designs that are modern, consistent and reusable. We needed someone who can provide thought leadership in terms of UX.

Project Management was well handled by DipaInhouse with a dedicated project manager providing updates over various channels such as Slack and Whatsapp. Daily or weekly output was shared through whatsapp and the designs were built on figma which is a collaborative tool. Overall the collaboration worked seamlessly and we were able to provide feedback and see the changes with quick turnaround.

The project team was highly collaborative and flexible in meeting our needs. Despite our requirements changing on several occasions, they were adaptive and flexible enough to accomodate them with short notice.

Are there any areas for improvement or something Dipa Inhouse could have done differently?

The only area that could be improved would be to put togther a plan to start with so that ETAs could be provided for each requirement. Sometimes there was lack of clarity in terms of when the requirement will be fullfilled. But, upon requesting the same was shared.

Also, there was a tendency to copy existing design when a redesigned app was requested as afirst draft. But it was quickly followed up by a completely modern design. The approach should never be to copy existing design in the first place.

We needed help with creating our web and mobile platforms.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dipa Inhouse did UI/UX design for us; they created the entire dashboard for our product. They also helped with our web and mobile front- and backend development. We started by providing them with a brief and having initial conversations with them so they could understand our company and what we needed.

Regarding technologies, they used Figma — they did development work, but everything was mostly design tasks.

We worked directly with Zaky (Co-Founder), but 5–6 more people were involved in the project.

They worked very well, given the fact that they were 11 hours ahead of us time zone-wise. Overall, they were a very well-structured team that led a professional, responsive, and efficient process.

How did Dipa Inhouse perform from a project management standpoint?

Project management was great in terms of meeting deadlines and staying within budget. In terms of tools and communication, we used Slack, Zoom, and email.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were flexible, responsive to our questions, and fair in terms of payments, which I appreciated.

They constantly switched project managers without informing us in time, but everything was good besides that.

They are best in design and Development. They understand customer and product to come with better out come. Always open to changes and feedbacks.

The website we had wasn't up to the standard we wanted. We hired Dipa and gave Zaky a few of our ideal designs as a vision board and he killed it!

My associate partner chose Dipa because of out of all the other vendors on Dribbble we were considering, Dipa was the only one with a live website and real live examples from what he told me.

We needed Dipa to create an entire website from scratch. Top to bottom. Every single page you can think of and we have a pretty big company - so creating 5 quick pages wouldn't work! So Zaky created every page that we needed and still made revisions every time we asked for them. He even came up with different designs and let me CHOOSE which one I liked the best out of 6 variations!

Just 1. His name was Zaky and I'm so happy I had him!

This website is the best website I've ever had. If you just visited our website, you'll notice instantly, this was professionally done. All I get is compliments on how I made it this way. Even some of my competitors who are somewhat my friends ask. But I can't share :)

Very effective. NOTHING was misunderstood or delayed!

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

The fact that they did so many revisions and didn't care how long it took to meet the desired outcome or goal. The fact that the quality of the work I got for the price I paid. There's so many things to rave about this company.

Nothing at all. At least in my situation, everything was perfectly fine - designs were sent over promptly, and they did as MANY reviews and revisions until I was 10000% happy!

We searched online for the best UI/UX Vendors and found a lot of them. Ultimately we selected Dipa Inhouse because they were easy to work with and their quality of work is very good.

We worked with the team to first wireframe the high-level concept into something that the end-users would understand. When we got the wireframes we took the wireframes on zoom calls with potential end users.

We pretended that the wireframes were real software to get feedback from the potential users. We communicated the feedback to Dipa Inhouse which then in turn iterated on the wireframes until we had something we were sure we were going to build.

I'd used Dipa Inhouse on a smaller project previously where their quality and effectiveness stood out immediately. Finding quality people to help you with remote work can be a challenge, so much so that when an opportunity arose within our company we sought to get Dipa Inhouse involved immediately.

We've been working with Dipa Inhouse for over 12 months now without needing to engage any other designers. We've also had positive user feedback over many of the changes that implemented their designs.

We've had to use minimal project management tools, so easy is the communication and working relationship. More often than not Slack is enough.

Dipa Inhouse works hard to understand the root cause of our customers' problems before starting the design. They do a lot of effective design thinking, so much so that when we receive the final designs we rarely have to iterate too much on them.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

I think they're in high demand, so it's not quite a relationship akin to having an in-house designer where you receive some designs back same day. Having said that, quality is the most important metric, which Dipa Inhouse excel at.

I am the Co-Founder of a B2B SaaS marketing automation application called Buzzbassador. We are a CRM-like platform that automates the key tasks and processes behind influencer & affiliate campaigns. We have a small team of less than 10 who are building out our product & customer base. We launched to the Shopify App Store (https://apps.shopify.com/buzzbassador) in early 2020.

Our app’s beta / initial version was designed by a UI designer who had to quit the project unexpectedly, so we were left with a bunch of half-finished designs that we had to develop for the beta version. Once we launched publicly and began growing a strong user base, we needed an experienced UI designer to come in and re-design our entire app from start to finish.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to walk away with a modern, sleek interface that prioritizes user-friendliness and user experience. We wanted all of our current features to get a facelift, and our new features to be cutting edge and industry-leading in design.

How did you select Dipa Inhouse?

My team searched online across multiple freelancer platforms and websites, and held many interviews, none of which led to us finding the right fit. One day we were searching through Dribbble and saw some amazing designs that were in the exact style we were looking for. We traced them back to Dipa Inhouse, found their contact information and reached out, and when we interviewed Barly we knew immediately that it would be the right fit.

After officially beginning our work with Dipa Inhouse, we held multiple discovery video calls where we laid out our needs for the project, did a walk-through of our current app designs, and agreed on the best course of action. Dipa Inhouse is very organized and very methodical about how they set up the project in Figma, which we loved. Then they got to work and began creating the screens we needed.

What was the team composition?

Initially we only spoke with Barly, and he was the main person assigned to our project. We were informed that he had other people on his team, such as a UX-focused designer, animation/illustration designers, etc.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Our designs look great, we get so many compliments on them from our users. We have been able to launch many new features due to the backlog of beautiful user-friendly designs that Dipa Inhouse helped us create for those planned launches. The combination of our modern user-friendly interface and new feature launches has helped us serve hundreds of businesses in 49 countries worldwide, drastically decrease our monthly churn rate, and steadily increase our MRR.

We communicated over Slack and Google Meet almost daily, and things ran very smoothly. Our main point of contact was always Barly. He would occasionally delegate tasks to the other UI designers on his team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

Barly was always very communicative and very quick about implementing our feedback. I also loved how he always provided multiple versions of what we wanted so that we could choose the version we liked best, or combine elements from multiple. This helped us ideate the entire UI/UX design process much better.
