I really liked their dribbble portfolio. I followed them for a while. Each new UI was following the latest design trends. They had a strong grasp of SaaS interface design.

Once we selected DIPA, we sent over some basic mocks for the refresh. We also had the benefit of using our live site as a benchmark. They went through each content area and provided multiple versions and tweaks until we were satisfied. It's didn't take many versions. They were on point throughout the project.

I like design teams that think and understand the UI/UX experience inside and out for responsive design. I like it when designers push back on certain ideas as it saves a ton of time and wastes energy on impractical design. DIPA made many suggestions that flowed well from a development standpoint.,

We hired a copywriter to redo our brand positioning and homepage. After the content was ready, I was looking for a designer to transform it into a beautiful design.

What were your goals for this project?

We wanted to increase conversions from organic traffic landing on our homepage while strengthening our brand image.

We reviewed dozens (potentially hundreds) of designer profiles on Dribbble and Behance. We did a short trial with a few that we handpicked. Dipa's team provided the best outcome *by far*, and we continued with them going forward.

Describe the project in detail.

The scope of the project was initially redoing our homepage, which is one of the longest pages on the website. The goal was to retain the look-and-feel of the platform UI, while updating the homepage content with new content created by our copywriter.

We provided the copy to Dipa's team, and did an intro meeting where we described our vision for the look and feel and provided many references for styles we liked. After a short discussion, Dipa began mocking up the page and coming up with design direction for the page.

What was the team composition?

We engaged directly with Barly who led the project from beginning to end and was our main point of contact. All communication was seamless and response was quick and on point.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The new homepage came out amazing and has become the foundation for the visual style for the rest of the website (for which we used Dipa's services as well). Engagement and conversion rates from the homepage went up significantly.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Barly was very easy to communicate with - mostly via chat after the initial call, which made it easy to have a constant stream of feedback. We used slack for communication for the most part, and then Figma for deploying the designs.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

The high-quality Dipa's team was able to deliver in such a quick timeframe and on budget was impressive. Such a stark difference from our previous designer, which was a great visual designer but would disappear for weeks at a time.

Honestly, none that I can think of. Keep up the great work!

We needed help with website design and animation.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Dipa Inhouse designed and developed a multi-page, multi-language landing page using Webflow. The team created complex 3D animations and implemented CMS management, scroll animations, hero section design, and contact pages.

We worked together from January–May 2025.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

We received good feedback about the website, and users were impressed by it. We went through plenty of iterations for the hero section and other parts of the website, and Dipa Inhouse was gracious and accommodating to our requests until we finally got to our vision.

There were some understandable delays, but the team communicated well, and it was acceptable. Dipa Inhouse updated us on the progress almost every day, and it was easy to discuss ideas with them. We primarily communicated via Slack.

Dipa Inhouse provided us with overall UI/UX design and helped me improve my designs for the mobile app screens I initially created. They delivered 10–20 pixel-perfect screens through the utilization of Figma and implemented a consistent design across all of them.
