How did you select this vendor and what were the deciding factors?

Reviewing their portfolio and design capabilities I decided they worth to review over a Zoom call and from there we decided to give them a try and we weren't disappointed.

I provided them with instructions and texts, wireframes and sample works I inspired from and in each iteration of work we progress to the final outcome.

Our developers said that they created a very easy website to implement and with good SEO

There was no doubt that they had a keen eye for design.

Things are done pretty quick but it took them time to understand exactly what we do and how we want it to be done.

We sought for a web designer to help us design and develop the frontend for our website.

We searched Dribbble for a competent web designer/agency that could deliver a modern web design without breaking the bank, at a reasonable pace. Dipa Inhouse offered a compelling opportunity to work together with a very attractive portfolio.

The project was broken up into three stages, with reviews at each point to ensure that we were happy with how the design was progressing.

One web designer and one web developer.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

Outsourcing this project to Dipa Inhouse proved quite effective in allowing our start up time to develop various other systems whilst the web design was being taken care of.

Dipa Inhouse come across as quite skilful and competent, providing frequent updates on the project and a professional specification up-front.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

Dipa Inhouse were quite creative when we weren't 100% sure on what we wanted, and it was very comforting to not need to stress too much over how we wanted things to look.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

There were a few delays and quality control issues, but for the most part I was very happy with the work at the price it was provided.
