The context would be supplied via commenting directly in the Data Visualization UI and collaborating directly in the reporting UI. The tool would allow building client specific templates. All context and collaboration would be stored as an asset for future use.
Data will be sourced from integrations with platforms like Google Ads, Bing Ads, Meta, Pinterest, TikTok, Google Analytics, and other such platforms.

Agency usage and uptake and a migration to using this tool as a way of working. Longer terms ability to sell to other vendors as a stand alone tool.

Excellent comms, broadly met all deadlines and used a jira ticketing system to log progress along the way. Regular calls (at key points during the project these were daily), to discuss tasks / progress and to align on goals and talk about abouyt next steps.

What we found most impressive was how they immersed themselves in our business to learn it's nuances. This turned out to be crucial in developing the software we needed.

The only thing I can think of that I think could do better is regard to communicating their estimated schedules. They are a professional software development company and use professional software development scheduling terms. Unfortunately, we were not well versed in these terms. They cleared up our confusion pretty quickly though.

With this information, they built a reliable communication mechanism that was included into our proprietary code base. Our customer supplied us with a list of specifications for a revolutionary finance strategy. Instead of interest charges, this strategy used unique loan management procedures. Closeloop Technologies was critical in developing the underlying business logic. They started from the ground up, including design and backend databases. 

They displayed a thorough comprehension of the financial model, even suggesting ideas to improve its coherence. In terms of technologies, they used InVision to design and build up an AWS cloud architecture. They constructed a locally hosted MVP initially, and then a comprehensive website that we showed to the customer

People who have seen the application have generally given it favorable reviews. Although the first design was seen to be overly simple (keeping in mind that it was an MVP), their skills imply that they could produce a more complex design if necessary. 

The project took longer to start from our end due to various client-related delays in the beginning. We were nevertheless pleased with what Closeloop Technologies provided. We're thinking of showing the platform to potential customers and further modifying it for new projects.

Closeloop Technologies successfully produced a personalized application that has been in operation for 1.5 years, with continual updates and unique features being a priority.

Our consumers are no longer experiencing timeouts when using our application.

They quickly recognised and met our requirements. They caught everything up quickly. We were quite pleased, and their efforts were greatly appreciated.

The approach was such that Closeloop created an application, and we worked on hosting the solution on the cloud. After a period of effective cloud testing. The app was relocated to the cloud, and DR was rebuilt around it.

We utilised project management software, and they documented all of their work. On a weekly basis, we did group sessions with them. There were continuous debates. They guided us through everything they were doing so we understood what was going on. They were excellent time managers. There were no late deliveries. All deadlines were met on time.

I would recommend that they extend into new territories and work on large-scale projects that they are capable of completing. I'm sure they're thinking along these lines.

We hired Closeloop to help finish our wireframes + user experience design strategy for our online booking platform.

How did you select this vendor?

I had searched for vendors on Upwork and also here on Clutch.co. I was looking for vendors with the highest rating and quality written reviews. Closeloop was a great match.

Describe the project in detail and walk through the stages of the project.

We initially wanted to hire Closeloop to help with mobile development (front-end primarily) for our mobile app MVP. Since we needed to finish design first, we hired them to help us finish our wireframes. We are bootstrapping our company so we didn't have a massive budget. Gaurav offered to start off with a small project, starting with our wireframes only, and worked out an affordable rate off of the strength of their passion/confidence in our solution. We finished our wireframes but decided to take on development in-house to keep our costs down until we launch but are keeping in touch to bring on Closeloop once we start earning revenue.

How many resources from the vendor's team worked with you, and what were their positions?

We worked with Gaurav Sharma, their Chief Marketing Office and primarily worked with their Business Analyst, Alok Yadav, who also had UX design experience.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We had unfinished wireframes for 3 different user types with our online booking platform. We were assigned to Alok who spent time understanding our existing wireframes, along with our user personas, to redesign all 3 experiences for us to hand off to our UI design team for high-fidelity design.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Very effective! Both Garauv and Alok showed tremendous passion in our project from the very beginning. I had a ton of fun working on this project together with them and we've built a great relationship in the process.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

I personally had a blast working with Alok. He brought a ton of new ideas to the table and never hesitated to question/object any design ideas we were thinking about to help us improve our UX. He also took all our design feedback gracefully and delivered new updates on time, every time. He was also very receptive to adopting some of the new tools that we preferred to use for collaboration which made working together a breeze, despite the fact that we lived on opposite sides of the world (I'm in Boston and he's in India).

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They prefer to use Windows/Linux based solutions i.e. Axure for design which very much feels legacy versus some of the more modern design tools like Figma. Also, given the time zone different, I think we could have found some more effective ways to trade ideas i.e. screen sharing with Loom. It also would have helped to use a project management tool like Asana and/or documenting meeting notes to measure progress weekly and keep ourselves accountable during project management. But not a huge deal since they delivered great results regardless!
