We’ve seen an increase in sales and a consistent web placement. Our website isn’t yo-yoing with the search engine results, and we’re consistent in our placement with search engines. We’re never in penalty with search engines for having an outdated portion of the website or going against algorithm requirements.

They did have some strategy, and it was implemented, and you see this big growth in sales. It doesn't work that way, so there are a lot of online relationships, and then that will trigger sales. So, for me, consistency is very important because to have a relationship, you have to have a consistent relationship back and forth.

How did Choice OMG perform from a project management standpoint?

The team delivers on time and within budget. Their communication is second to none and very thorough. The team brings us along with their knowledge and explains what they’re doing and why they’re doing it. I get educated by them. We use Google Docs, FaceTime, emails, text messages, phone calls, screen recordings, and screen sharing.

What did you find most impressive about them?

The team is constantly working on the website, which is exactly what we're looking for in a partner. The team is 100% filling our cup, and we have a lot of confidence in them. Our website is our sales platform, and we trust them to control our business and growth.

With SEO and lots of website work we were able to generate several good leads a week. Even through covid my results were phenominal. I am not very technically savvy, so when I needed help managing the leads, the staff would help me and walk me through on Team Viewer. Their support was fantastic.

We're not particularly focused on web traffic or retail sales at the moment. When people go to our websites, it's likely because we've sent them the link directly. From an aesthetic point of view, the website has been improved through Choice's work and we're in the process of making iterations.

I would say they performed average. Although they respond quickly to issues that arise, some of the issues should have been taken care of previously.

They assisted in marketing our brand both online and at the brick-and-mortar storefront. To increase foot traffic at the store, Choice printed large banners, decal wrapping, and other signage to put on the walls. Their SEO work helps online customers find us organically and is ongoing.
