We no longer have customers who complain that we don't pick up the phone or that no one answers their emails. Also, several clients shared that they are satisfied with the speed of response in the chat on our Facebook page

What did you find most impressive about them?

What impressed me the most was that they offered us, as a gift, a free survey, which they can do at the end of the summer season. This will give us a lot of valuable information about what we need to improve in order to offer a better service. They've offered a helpful customer satisfaction survey for free!

After the report of the tracker from the diagnostic meeting, we improved the processes in the company and found several weaknesses. They increased the conversion by 50% of leads to buyers, which led to a 100% increase in our sales.
