we did get outcomes, with link-ups to a number of people that led to some discussions. Due to personnel changes on both sides & the related challenges the program was cut short before it was completed.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

I only saw this from 2nd hand but understood most of this worked well, even tho we had a few comm breakdowns where misalignment existed and some communication was sent out in a disjointed manner

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They had a great sales team with nice ideas and concepts.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

When they are working under the persona of a customer representative, it is sensitive to have communication issues as it has direct exposure - this should have been avoided. I can't comment on other matters

AI Bees is always on hand to do a lot of the heavy lifting initially. We mainly dealt with our account manager. However, the sales director also stayed involved for a few months after we onboarded to iron out any issues that we had.

We achieved over 200 meetings with key sales people at our channel partners, enabling us to educate them about what we do.

Initially we had a weekly meeting but were able to push this out to monthly as we got more and more to grips with the solution.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

It allowed us to prospect at scale using LinkedIn.

The things that I would have mentioned previously have been resolved in recent updates for example being able to perform a Sales Navigator search within the app.

The LinkedIn account jumped up drastically, from 500 to over 1200 people in a very short time period. Through some of the messages, we were awarded work that we solicited.

We met each week, and AI Bees kept up with their workflow, as well as kept us accountable for the work we needed to provide on our end.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

What I found to be the most impressive is how personable everyone with AI Bee's is. Often we find that people are just treated as a number, with AI Bee's we felt like we were treated as an individual.

Ria Buenanventura is an outstanding account manager. She is always willing and able to answer any question and helped me to brainstorm on the best way to produce the desired outcome. AI bees is very knowledgeable and show real interest in their customer.

Ria Buenaventura spent all of her allowable time to coach me and direct me on the strategy for the campaigns. She was helptul becouse she thinks outside of the box, which is needed to suceed. I wish I were allowed more time on my weekly meetings

The uniqueness of the service provided by exploiting Linkedin structure available to its members.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

Yes, more time for coaching. Improved features to the dashboard such as being able to import more profiles.

Before I used the service of AI-Bees I was already at a very good SEO position, but in my business section people are not searching for trainers. They have to see the offer in their inbox for seeing the need of our services.

Every week I get a weekly report of the responses and leads of potential clients. If there where any deviations, they worked on solutions right away!

In order to generating additional leads through LinkedIn I was looking for tools that improve the outcome of outreach campaigns. Especially at greenfield accounts, the outreach outcome was often low, as you can imagine prospects are not easy to reach these times. AI Bees was specially chosen for booking meetings with potential targets within those greenfield accounts.

What were your goals for this project?

To book at least 20-30 meetings with relevant contact persons at various companies (not vertical specific) in between 3 months. With booking those meeting I accelerated my time for booking first appointments with my focus targets (at least by 30%).

We have been looking for opportunities to effectively generate awareness within the target group to position us a a relevant hardware brand in the german healthcare market. Therefore we aimed to generate leads in the market and create a dialog direct to the end customers. 

We hired AIBees to support us in lead generation due to our limited sales & marketing resources. AIBees provides us a service with fully automated lead generation process via LinkedIN sales navigator to get in contact and communicate with our determined target group and build a huge long lasting network.

What were your goals for this project?

We aimed to increase our product sales and position our relevant product portfolio directly to the relevant decision makers in the market during the decision making process. Besides this we want to leverage the growing network to keep them updated with our products for further developments. How did you select AI Bees?

Through direct contact with the manging director. Hadn't heard of a similar intelligent solution and tried their service with setting up a test campaign and decided to move forward with their excellent solution.

After getting in touch with the managing director we started to set up the first test campaign to evaluate their service. Therefore, our sales representative and me provided them with product material, marketing data, a market overview and talked about the target customers we want to address and generate leads with to provide the vendor an overview about our company and goals.

We signed up for LinkedIn Sales Navigator and improved our connected LinkedIn sales profile with their tips and connected with their automated solution. They provided us example templates, we modified for our specific need and we conducted searches on LinkedIn together to specify our target customers. After this, they set up the campaign. We received login data for the monitoring dashboard and were able to review and make changes withtin the campaign everytime.

Their support included the access to their automated tool, which makes the campaigns running with our connected LinkedIn Profile. They adjusted and monitored the running campaigns and automated message process within their dashboard solution and make suggestions for further message or contact campaigns.

What was the team composition?

First, we discussed our topic with the managing sales director of AIBEES. He coordinated our first test campaign with determining the target group, suggesting the templates and set up the campaign and provided us with results during running. He was our direct contact person and available everytime.

After this, we started further several campaigns and had an own account manager from their team. They improved their customer support regularly and we received weekly reports and set up weekly update calls to go through the current campagins and clarify open questions and adjusting/discussing new campaigns.

Their company increased siginificantly during our cooperation so the account manager changed during our long cooperation due to internal structural changes which comes along with such a fast-growing and popular company. The changes were no problem at all and they had a perfect handover of our topics and product and project goals. Every account manager was supportive and always available for questions.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

Since beginning to work with AI Bees we increased our leads within the target groups and build a huge network on LinkedIn and guide traffic to our LinkedIn Page and product website. We were able to use the automated intelligent tool to communicate with our customers we would not have been able to address without AIBees.

The software saved us a huge amount of time and efforts. The target customers had not recognized the automation behind their messages which was so important to keep a professional image. After the lead generation process, we kept in contact with the contacts in webinars or direct calls and noticed the product awareness within the market due to increased demand from the addressed customers.

The workflow was very effective and pleasant from the very beginning. It started with direct contact via mails and calls with the managing sales director/founder from their team. The account manager that we were assigned to later in the process was available for our us everytime via mail. We kept in contact in our weekly update calls and monitored the dashboard. Additionally, their provided us a weekly update report about the generated leads. I could count on a fast reply and support during the whole project, whenever I asked for. Their frequently asked for feedback and were open to improve their service.

We highly appreciated the direct contact to the managing director of the company at the beginning of our cooperation. We were taken seriously and he provided us with so good recommendations for our campaigns to support our lead generation process. We reached out to new target groups which we weren't able to reach out to before we worked with AI Bees. We were able to better position our solutions in our target market and raised the awraeness for our products.

We arrange high-quality meetings and new sales opportunities. The users connected to the AI Bees dashboard were able to expand their LinkedIn network, creating synergy effects.

Our contact at AI Bees supports us exellently in all areas of our AI Bees marketing activities. She understands our goals and target groups and supports us in setting up new campaigns, gives advice how to optimize our campaign and of course how to optimally use the tool (blacklist etc.). We also receive advise how to optimally set up the LinkedIn searches in order to gain better results.

Technical settings are managed by AI Bees which our work better and faster and really helps us a lot. We also received optimized templates for sequence and invite messages, making it possible to us to strengthen our marketing message. We have meeting via Zoom on a weekly basis where we discuss optimization possibilities, new features and open questions.

We also receive reports on our activities on a weekly basis. We are very satisfied with our AI Bees contact person. That's why we purchased new licenses for additional sales colleagues and plan new licenses for the future.

Initially, they try to find the best contact people from good companies. Those are our target audience. They start conversations with these people, asking them if they’re interested in taking 15-minute calls to discuss our account management product. Overall, AI bees try to collect leads for us.

We work with 2–3 people from AI bees, including Ria (Head of Account Management), who’s our main contact person. Another person does the main work on LinkedIn and takes our standard script to their automation tool.

How did you come to work with AI bees?

AI bees was recommended by another company that used them before, so it was an easy decision for us to hire them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We spend between $1,500–$3,000 per month. 

What is the status of this engagement?

They started the campaigns in August 2020, and the partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

In terms of metrics, we have a coordination meeting with AI bees every two weeks where they hand over new leads. So far, they’ve handed over 70 hot leads. They always give us an evaluation of how many people they’ve contacted, and how many people they’ve talked to. We check and discuss those things to improve our work, and they’ve always been transparent about what they’ve done. On top of that, we’ve been very satisfied with the leads they provide.

How did AI bees perform from a project management standpoint?

We use email to communicate, and they have an Excel spreadsheet in the cloud. Everyone can make notes, so it’s easy to stay in touch with the whole team. We always try to work together, and it’s been very easy. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

Their scale is the most impressive thing about them. They contact so many people that I can’t contact by myself even in five years. They use an automation tool to contact those people, and that’s why they’re very productive. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. 

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Always check AI bees’ conversations, and make examples of different situations that can improve the script they’re using. This will help them understand your business better. Checking their work on LinkedIn is normal because they can’t automatically know what product you offer.
