For what projects/services did your company hire BrandLume Inc.?

We hired them to build a new website and add modules and plugins that we requested and custom build the rest as needed for accomplish our needs.

What were your goals for this project?

Our goal for the project was to get our new site launched as fast as possible as our old site was failing. our biggest concerns were to optimize the load speed and add new functionalities that were incompatible with our old site

We were recommended to them from one of our business partners

We wanted to launch our website as soon as we could as our old site was failing both on speed and functionality. We wanted fast loading pages with a modern design while at the same time providing all the functionality that we had specified

What was the team composition?

I was directly in contact with an account manager that took care of all my concerns and needs and worked with the design and dev departments to have the project done in less than a month

RESULTS & FEEDBACK

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The project was successful on all fronts. The new website is fast and fully functional while maintaining a very pleasing design

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

Quick and painless. Whenever I needed to adjust or make changes to the layout of the website, my account manager was quick to respond and produce results

What did you find most impressive about this company?

They have great prices for the products and the quality of services they offer and were very friendly and accommodating to all my needs

Are there any areas for improvement?

All areas were excellent I would not change a thing!
