As soon as they started to focus on marketing, we went from 2–6 daily site users to 20, and those numbers have continued to grow gradually. Over the past three months, we’ve averaged 32–37 daily site users. We didn’t have any subscribers beforehand, and Brainvire has helped us gain 22 subscribers so far.

The engagement with Brainvire has been very impactful. According to our Google Analytics report, our visits to our website from other channels have increased significantly, which I attribute to the backlinks they provided. 

The site traffic is bananas. Before our partnership, we saw about 30 site visits per month, and now we’re seeing roughly 700, which is a big deal.

Brainvire has done a fabulous job staying on top of the project and communicating with us. We meet at the beginning of each week via Google Meet, and they send us a detailed end-of-week report that lists each task they accomplished so we can keep track of their time. They also provide links to each task, so we can see which website improvements they made or which blogs they wrote.

We maintain contact through email and use the Google Suite to keep track of the project. 

What did you find most impressive about them?

I’m impressed by their ability to guide us through the project mindfully. For example, I appreciate that Brainvire wanted to ensure our SEO was at a certain point before adding social media services. Rather than trying to sell as many services as possible, they prioritized our SEO first and ensured it worked how we wanted it to before moving on.

Brainvire has helped us drive more customers to our website and increase our visibility in the US. After six months of engagement, we’re getting around 25–40 leads per month. Before working with them, I got around 15–20 visitors and no leads per month. Now, I’m getting 200–300 visitors per day, out of which I get around 1–2 quality leads. These results have ultimately helped me grow my business by 60%. Overall I’m very happy with their work, and I plan to continue working with them in the long term.

Brainvire’s project management is very good. We have weekly video call meetings to follow up on things we need to improve, and their team provides me with timely reports detailing weekly and monthly performance. Additionally, they’re very communicative and transparent, and they reply to our emails almost instantly. We use Monday.com for project management and email for daily communication.

I sent several enquiries to local Odoo Partners. Brainvire was first of all the quickest to respond, & I appreciated the fact that we had a a Zoom meet 48 hours only after I sent the enquiry. In addition to fast response, deciding factors were Technical Capability, and they did fit in my budget.

Since I was operating manually before, the first measurable outcome was a much shorter process, and the end of mistakes, plus the fact that I was always able to know immediately where I was in term of deliveries / back orders without having to manually manipulate files.

I found the team to be very responsive overall, never governed by the clock. It is not uncommon to receive messages after normal working hours, and they had a sense of urgency when required. We made extensive use of Azure, Zoom meet, and their capability to work remotely is excellent.

I think that they really took the time to comprehensively understand how I was working before proposing a solution. The Project Manager was technically very capable, knows Odoo perfectly, and the level of customization that I have now exceeded my expectations.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

The only suggestion I would have would be to have a better advance understanding of the duration / costs of certain development. It was also my fault since I did not always ask, but I think that every task that is confirmed should have a projected time completion target, even if we are caught by the urgency.
