Brainvire has provided us with SEO services since we launched our company. Their efforts have included backlinking, blog writing, affiliate collaboration, and keyword research. They’ve also reviewed our website and made suggestions on what to change to improve our SEO. When they write blogs, they also send them to other affiliate websites.

In addition to SEO, they’re currently helping us with a few PPC services, but we’re watching our budget, so we rather focus most of our efforts on SEO to improve our organic traffic on our site and social media like Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. They’ve also offered to help us with Google Ads, but we found it expensive, so we put it aside.

Considering that the results from SEO take time and we’re working on a limited budget, our conversions have improved by 3%, which is good.

Brainvire is very thorough. They give us updates every week, and they send a recap after every meeting, which includes a full timesheet breaking down the work they’ve done. Additionally, their team is courteous, helpful, and patient; I enjoy working with them. We mostly communicate via email, WhatsApp, and Google Meet.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Brainvire’s work ethic distinguishes them from other companies. They’re very upfront and honest about their work, and we truly feel like they’re trying to help us.

Are there any areas they could improve?

The only issue we’ve had with Brainvire is with their writing. Because Indian English and American English differ, sometimes their blogs have had issues with grammar, or the content hasn’t been consistent with the product.

However, we work together, and they don’t post anything until we approve it. Thus, we’ve been able to correct those mistakes, and they’ve been very good at following our direction. We’re experts on our product, and they’re experts on SEO, so we collaborate and share knowledge, which is the most important thing in the end.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Communication is key. Initially, we had connection issues with the platforms we used, but once we moved to Google Meet and experienced clearer video conferencing, we were able to move faster. Don’t be afraid to communicate with them and find the best channel to do so.

Additionally, you need to be patient. In the beginning, they need to learn about your business and see what works and what doesn’t. Therefore, you have to give it 3–6 months before you see real results. Furthermore, provide them with the resources and information they’ll need, don’t expect them to do all the work, and don’t be afraid to ask questions.

We use a proprietary algorithm to match clients and therapists for optimal therapeutic outcomes. Our services are informed by the latest research on women's mental health. HerOutcome uses HIPAA compliant technology to protect client information. Our goal is to enhance access to women-centric mental health services so women get the help they deserve and need to reach their potential. I am one of the co-founders of HerOutcome and worked closely with the Brainvire team to execute the requirements for the MVP site.

Chintan, the CEO, met with us and demonstrated that his firm has a high level of commitment to the project they work on, as well as to supporting innovative entrepreneurs as a technology partner. Arpit was the lead for the development team we worked with on a day-to-day basis. He was an excellent team captain, facilitating communication, keeping everyone on task, and showing a high level of commitment to the project and quality execution.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We achieved the completion of our business requirements within a reasonable cost and time frame, and are happy with the quality of the output and the value realized from the initial investment.

We drew up detailed requirements, tested the output coded by Brainvire to supplement their internal testing and met frequently with Arpit and the development team to clarify the requirements as needed and fix any bugs that arose in the coding. As business leads, we prioritized fixes and the development of new features. Some tools we used for our communication included Trello, Slack, email and MS Teams. The team consistently met the deadlines mutually agreed upon.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

We were impressed with their level of commitment to our project. We enjoyed meeting with the CEO, business development head, the technology team, and other web design team members . The agency approach and support available from different types of technical talent (Wordpress, devops, design, etc.) was particularly helpful for us.

Throughout the process, we were clear when we were happy and when we had concerns. Brainvire did an excellent job of being responsive to the latter. As a result, we had an excellent experience and looked forward to continuing to work with them as a technology partner.

Don't have much to compare with but all in all they can be trusted, are very honest and take feedback very well. They are very easy to work with, and I feel like they are a part of our team.

Only small things every now and then that comes with any project and has to do with communicating remotely and with different cultures and expecations. It's never business critical things but any project has room for improvement and that goes for our part as well.

We wanted to start selling our products online, and the board gave us the directive to go online within three months. We needed to find a partner that could develop an e-commerce platform for us quickly without sacrificing its quality and speed.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brainvire Infotech Inc developed a B2C e-commerce site for us.

We split the project into three phases. The first phase involved the development of the MVP, which we launched one month ago. The second phase involved implementing new features as well as extra pages into the website. The third and final phase involved integrating the whole e-commerce business into our ERP system, SAP.

We started the project by gathering our requirements, explaining what we wanted to achieve to Brainvire Infotech Inc, and documenting everything we discussed.

After that initial phase, they set off into Agile development. After developing something, they would test it and hand it over to me for further testing. I would then provide feedback, after which we would move on to the next component.

Tiles are one of the biggest divisions that we have, so we had to implement some custom features to the site for the tile industry. In tile manufacturing, we have the concept of tile batches and Brainvire Infotech Inc implemented batch customization into the site to help us easily manage these tile batches.

Aside from that, we requested a feature that we call a “tile finder”, which allows customers to browse different kinds, colors, and sizes of tiles more easily and in a user friendly manner.

After checking out their previous work and confirming the project’s timeline, we decided to go with them for this project.

We worked on this project from October 2021-January 2022. We have completed the first phase and are well off into the second phase.

I’ve received really good feedback from everyone I’ve shown it to in terms of its look and feel.

We were also able to accomplish the project within three months, which was our original goal for this project.

Make sure to define what you want with as much detail as you can at the very beginning of the project. The better you define and plan everything in the beginning, the easier the project will be for everyone later on.

I’m an executive at a cybersecurity solutions company. We provide solutions to a network of channel partners across the Middle East and other African enterprises.

We wanted to change a traditional value-added distribution model where we used traditional methodologies to transact and process business orders. We wanted to change that experience of our channel partners to something that a consumer would typically have in a B2C marketplace or shopping experience. We were looking for a partner to help us deliver the solution by finding the right platform and customizing it to our needs.

What was the scope of their involvement?

Brainvire Infotech Inc created a platform where our sales team could create quotations, send them to partners, and do other processing. Our platform also has instant messaging to allow channel partners to chat with our staff.

Overall, there are seven deliverables, including a website they created from scratch and a backend module with a mobile app for our in-house users. They also developed two other applications from scratch for Android and iOS for our partners and vendors — all seven systems are connected through a collaboration platform with API integrations.

We have an extensive network of partners that we work with, and more than 70% of them are already using the platform — we’re onboarding them one by one, and we're going to bring it to 100% very soon. Thanks to the new platform, people chat with the partners, make quotations, and give feedback — it has streamlined our processes massively. Everything goes automatically through our order processing and procurement, and all documents are easy to find in one place.

They could put in people who are more available with language — communication can be a problem if we have somebody from outside the region because it’s hard for them to comprehend. Since we have Arabic speakers and if they have multi-lingual people it would be cherry on the top
