We had several onboarding meetings to discuss the transition process of all service and strategy first. Once the transition phase was coming to a close, we immediate started a kickoff meeting for ongoing services, scheduling monthly meetings, and testing the waters for updated images and branding.

We'll have to wait for more data/deliverables to develop, but they've been great in interpreting updated images for social media, organizing posts, developing a game plan and efficient with communications.

It's been very effective. The Monday platform has been a game changer for me.

Their organization, streamlined process, and designated point of contact system is great. They're also super fun to work with! :)

We first met with their CEO and discussed our goals for the company and exactly what we felt was important in setting up our online presence. First priority was we needed a quick landing page website for the company with it's new name and brand since there where existing customer base and we didn't want to miss any sales opportunities as we transitioned from the existing company to the new one.

The second goal was to create a new fully functional website that fit our needs. Another challenge was to claim and clean up all the online site directories and our new information across the web for us to be found correctly. They were extremely organized and provided project management tool called Monday and also provide us with a Slack channel to communicate on the project efficiently.

They did an excellent job with our new Wordpress website. They set up and cleaned up our entire online presence so that we cold be found easliy. This allowed us to immediately start receiving phone calls and sales. Since then they have been successful at running our marketing campaigns, helping with our online reputation and reviews and mamaging our social media platforms which has allow our company to grow siginificantly over the last year.

Extremely effective. Their team is is very organized and professional.

They listen to our needs and they over delivered every step of the way. More importantly they get results for us.

Setup and optimization of all of our company's digital foundations including business listing setup and management, Google My Business optimization, social media management and optimization, reputation management tool setup, online reputation management, and content strategy and development on a quarterly basis. The objective was to centralize our online assets, set them up correctly, and optimize them for maximum performance. Our digital marketing efforts needed a clear and consistent strategy moving forward.

Our previous marketing projects with BOS Digital have been exceptional. They are trustworthy, reliable, and we have had outstanding results. Highly capable and familiar with our brands and directions.

In order to optimize the main components of our digital foundation and platforms, they first had to go through each of our company assets, take inventory, set priorities, organize and clean up access, and then provide a solid strategy for each platform, develop a manageable content plan and execute all deliverables consistently. Additionally, they provide us with tools for project management, such as Monday and Slack. Implemented advanced Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, Yext for our site directories and business listings, and Bright Local for social platforms optimization and reputation management.

Their CEO, Account Manager, Director of Operations, Chief Digital Strategist, and Copywriter worked with us.

Can you share any measurable outcomes of the project or general feedback about the deliverables?

We feel for the first time that we have successfully optimized all of our digital platforms and assets and are 100% in control, and we have a solid sustainable approach to our digital marketing efforts moving forward and are ready to run marketing campaigns that we can track, measure and gain results from. Their team manages all of our digital assets, content, profiles, and analytics across multiple platforms while letting us be in control.

How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?

In order to keep things on track and on schedule, we held weekly meetings and daily scrum meetings. Excellent efficiency.

What did you find most impressive or unique about this company?

They pay attention to details, are excellent listeners, and always get it right. They are extremely client-centered and possess strong communication skills.

Are there any areas for improvement or something they could have done differently?

They could improve turnaround times on some of these, but it's a minor issue. Those deliverables which are time-sensitive.

I am the practice manager of a premier plastic surgery company with a AAAA certified ambulatory clinic and MedSpa. We offer a robust plastic surgery menu performed by experienced board-certified plastic surgeons.

We were wanting to improve an array of marketing areas such as company branding, building organic SEO and social media content development for the surgery and MedSpa departments on a regular basis. We did not have the in-house expertise to do this back in 2019.

We wanted a professional team to work with us side by side and listen to what we needed and respect our desire for authentic representation of who we are as a group while reflecting our values as people and a company.

I received a call from Elysia from BOS Digital asking to meet with me about their company. I did. The first meeting was amazing. She listened to me about what our needs and goals were. We promptly received a proposal that was professional and reasonable for our budget. I loved that we could cherry-pick to start off the relationship and work together on growth. I began to see a clear path to marketing properly and successfully.

After beginning with a series of discovery meetings, they focused on the major drivers of our business and worked with us, not just “for us.” They were extremely respectful of our needs and gave us honest, professional, and valuable information which brought us up to speed on how we could meet our mutual goals together.

The initial advertising plan included reviewing our SEO, doing SEO clean up and getting consistency across the board. They developed social media content for posting weekly.

Our account manager, Anthony, was amazing. He was hands on, great at listening to us and sharing his thoughts. He worked closely with our new in-house marketing coordinator at the time. After hiring BOS, I included them in our monthly marketing meetings. They actually came to our office for these meetings and were considered part of our team. The partnership was not only pleasant, but fruitful.

Our marketing team consists of our service providers, front desk staff/ marketing creatives, in-house marketing coordinator, BOS Digital marketing director and account manager and sometimes the executives of the firm joins us monthly.

Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

We have gone from searchable on the surgery side, but not on the first page organically unless you did a direct search our company name, to one the first page organically after the anniversary of the relationship with BOS. The MedSpa was SEO “unfindable” in the beginning our relationship. We are now easily searchable with people finding us on Google quickly.

Our organic SEO presence for both the surgery and MedSpa departments have soared to the first page. Our following on Instagram was cleaned and is now robust from BOS’s efforts. Our Google my business pages are also successful from their guidance. Our digital data reports show explosions of increases across the board since 2020, as 2019 was a clean-up and building year.

The workflow is effective, and we need to make adjustments we all do quickly. BOS communicates well with our in-house team.

What did you find most impressive about this company?

There is not just one impressive thing they do. They really listened to our needs. We really care about being real and honest. We value the trust that people put in us. Our marketing needed to honor this as people now shop for just about everything online.

BOS kept our need for honesty and authenticity at the forefront of each campaign. They took the time to learn about our company, who we are, and how we operate as a group. How can you work effectively to represent a company’s image and campaigns if you don’t know them? Over time, as we grew, so did our needs for adjustments, and BOS made adjustments with us.

Is there any area for improvement or anything that could have been done differently?

I would say that creative content writing is important. Good help is hard to find for all of us. For online marketing, creative writing is necessary.

I’m the director of franchise operations for Wine & Design, a paint-and-sip franchise with 60 locations. Our corporate headquarters is in Raleigh, North Carolina.

We reached out to BOS when Apple’s iOS 14 update changed everything in terms of privacy policy, especially with Facebook. Essentially, our franchisees couldn’t run Facebook ads, which were a huge part of our studios’ marketing and advertising efforts.

What was the scope of their involvement?

BOS worked to fix the advertising issue so that our franchisees could get back up and running. Specifically, they redid the structure of our Facebook pages. 

Now, we’re doing a webinar series with BOS on how to best advertise on Facebook and how to best utilize SEO and local listings. Moreover, they’ll also speak at our annual franchisee conference in February 2022 for more resources. Down the road, our company will also use their design services. 

What is the team composition?

I work with Meredith (Head of Sales) and Jon (Founder & CEO). Meanwhile, Elysia (Director of Client Services) is leading the webinars and presentations; she also handles our next steps to keep us on track. Overall, Meredith and Elysia work hand-in-hand in our projects, while Jon serves as the technology guru who figures out our problem.

How did you come to work with BOS Digital?

We found BOS on Google. We also interviewed multiple marketing agencies, including our then-current marketing vendor. From the get-go, BOS showed they were on top of everything and knowledgeable. Their communication was the best we had; Meredith and her representatives were amazing, and Jon was also knowledgeable — I was blown away by them. On top of that, they made a point right off the bat to meet us and our CEO. As a result, we chose to engage with them. 

How much have you invested with them?

We’ve paid around $8,000 for BOS to fix our Facebook ads issues, while we’ll spend about $1,500 on the webinar series. 

What is the status of this engagement?

We started working with them in June 2021, and our partnership is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

BOS has been awesome in terms of communication, attention to detail, and technical knowledge. Moreover, our Facebook ads problem is also something new to them. However, thanks to their attention to detail and knowledge of Facebook, they’ve accomplished the project in a timely manner. 

Their pricing is also by far the best we’ve ever had compared to other vendors we’ve met. The team is highly transparent; they know that our franchisees have smaller budgets. Given that, they tailor the service packages that they offer to the franchisees’ budgets. 

Our relationship now focuses on the strategic side of things, and we want to keep the partnership because they’ve shown us what they can do on technical matters. It’s a truly valuable engagement, and it’s a good thing that we can engage them on a project-by-project basis. 

How did BOS Digital perform from a project management standpoint?

We use group texts to communicate. Sometimes, we call each other or use Google Meet. We don’t use Slack or other apps like that, but they might be using such tools on their end. Meanwhile, if I send them an email, Meredith will usually text me that she’s received the email and that they’re working on my request; we always get a response within the day, which is nice.

What did you find most impressive about them?

BOS is truly on point when it comes to communication and pricing; they understand what we need, and they make it happen. Whenever we meet with them, they bring ideas to us — we always want this in a vendor, and nobody has ever done it except for them. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

No, there aren’t any. They’re always one step ahead, so they have nothing to improve.

Ask BOS what they provide. They’re a full-service marketing agency, so they have all necessary services in one place, making your engagement with them easy.

I handle communications and social media for a bio science firm, and we launched a consumer product as part of our commercial strategy. I worked on the branding, PR, and website, but digital marketing is beyond me, so I needed to hire someone to help with that arm. Also: The company is a startup, so I am the entire marketing, social, and PR department, so backup was key.

They went over analytics and how we'd be able to monitor their work. They created vector files for our company logo as well which was very helpful.
