The project involves the redesign and enhancement of our existing mobile application into a modern, scalable hybrid app (single codebase for both Android and iOS). The primary objective is to improve flexibility, usability, and integration capabilities while maintaining the current design foundation with targeted improvements.

A key deliverable is enabling us to independently add and manage products through the backend, without requiring app updates or republishing in app stores. This includes the ability to attach product datasheets directly within the app.

User management will be enhanced by requiring complete contact details upon registration. These user details must automatically synchronize with Salesforce to streamline CRM processes.

Additionally, push notification functionality will be improved to allow easy internal management, particularly for sending updates such as newsletters.

A streamlined contact feature will be implemented, enabling users to quickly reach out via phone or email. This action should also trigger the automatic creation of a corresponding task in Salesforce.

What were the measurable outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?

The app is fully completed but not yet live for use. The backend has become much more user-friendly, making it quick and easy to add products. Additionally, the overall usability of the app has significantly improved, resulting in a much smoother user experience.

Everything within the project was delivered on time. Feedback was handled efficiently, and our needs were addressed in a responsive and proactive manner, ensuring smooth communication throughout the process.

Lizard Global has handled the full technical delivery of our AI-powered mental health application. Their scope includes system architecture design, front- and backend engineering, database design, cloud infrastructure setup, and integration of third-party AI services.

Key deliverables are a production-ready mobile application architecture, secure authentication and data handling frameworks, scalable backend services, API integrations, and deployment pipelines to support ongoing development and iteration. What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

The project has successfully progressed from concept to a stable, production-ready technical foundation. We’ve achieved a fully functioning application architecture, with core systems implemented and integrated, including backend services, cloud infrastructure, and AI service connectivity.

Measurable outcomes include the completion of multiple development sprints, delivery of tested and deployable builds, resolution of key technical unknowns early in the project, and the ability to support iterative feature development without reworking the underlying architecture. By the later stages, the platform is stable enough to support internal testing, refinement, and preparation for user trials.

How did Lizard Global perform from a project management standpoint?

They have great project management and deliver on time. We use in-person meetings, virtual meetings, and email or messaging apps to communicate.

What did you find most impressive or unique about them?

The team is truly invested in this app. My idea is great, but the openness and input from the Lizard Global team have taken it to being an incredible product. It wouldn’t be what it is without them. That depth of expertise across multiple disciplines adds real value and reduces delivery risk on a complex project.

 We needed support to create a mobile app to support brain health using cognitive training games as a value-added offering to our customers.

SOLUTION

What was the scope of their involvement?

Lizard Global has designed and developed a responsive mobile app, including the UI/UX design and gameplay, based on references and a user requirements list we provided. The app includes randomized gameplay, a dashboard for tracking the best score and daily milestone completion, a user profile for health and lifestyle parameters, and a reminder setting based on the preferred intensity via push notification. Lizard Global is also providing post-go-live monitoring and analytics.

We started working with Lizard Global in March 2025, and our engagement is ongoing.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement?

Lizard Global has launched the app and is working on user engagement. We’ve received positive feedback about the app’s clean interface and interactive games. Although the user uptake is still low because we launched the app less than a month ago, we expect it to increase with more publicity in the coming months.

How did Lizard Global perform from a project management standpoint?

Lizard Global’s RFP process was timely and efficient. The team took the necessary time to understand the project specifics and game requirements to provide an accurate proposal and costing. The project delivery phase has been somewhat extended due to several rounds of revisions regarding UI issues. The UI/UX of the user login and game pages has been well thought out. Overall, the gameplay has been executed nicely, but improvements could be made in the QC process of each iteration and test release. We communicate via teleconference meetings.

What did you find most impressive about them?

Lizard Global has great team synergy. Despite Lizard being a relatively large-scale international company, the management team values the business relationship with us (a small new company). Although we’re new to this type of tech development and have many insecurities, the team has managed them to our satisfaction. The business development team is great at keeping the collaboration an overall good experience, making us want to keep working with them.

Are there any areas they could improve?

Lizard Global’s internal QC process before releasing the product for testing could be improved. Although we appreciate the frequent test releases to ensure they’re on the right track, at times, the releases have felt rushed and unchecked.

The successful delivery of the MVP, which allowed us to launch the first working version of our Buddy Tool and start matching parents with buddies.

The team responded quickly, provided thorough summaries after each meeting, and clearly outlined what we could review, test, or give feedback on. What stood out was their responsiveness—they were always quick to address any questions or concerns we had and demonstrated a solid understanding of our needs. They made sure to tailor their approach to fit our requirements, which helped keep everything on track and aligned with our expectations.

One area for improvement would be for Lizard Global to consider expanding their network, particularly in Indonesia. It’s a large market with great potential, and having a stronger presence there could open up more opportunities for both them and their clients. With their expertise, they could really capture a significant portion of the market here

We initially discussed my app idea, and Lizard Global helped me map out the strategy to take. We discussed all the aspects of the application, and they added their expertise to guide me on how to approach the idea. We determined that the app needed to help consumers collect their receipts more easily when making their purchases.

The team then designed and developed a few application screens to present to key investors. In fact, the project's scope involves just these screens, which we will later use as the foundation for the app's MVP. This project's screens were meant to help us gain government subsidies as well, if possible.

Lizard Global successfully helped me visualize my idea by creating the agreed-upon screens. They also provided their input to build my idea into a more complete business case. We will use their work for the actual mobile app development. Overall, it was a great experience, and everyone performed well.

How did Lizard Global perform from a project management standpoint?

Lizard Global knew my budget from the beginning and was great at incorporating the essential project tasks into it. They were also on time with the project deadlines. It was all good, and we had no issues. Moreover, we used Figma for project management and communicated via email, Google Meet, and, occasionally, phone calls. The team explained every question I had.

What did you find most impressive about them?

They were very agreeable people. The team was very kind and attentive in our discussions and meetings. I also liked their input. Lizard Global kindly expressed their expertise, explained that my idea was good, and even proposed alternative strategies. They freely suggested different routes to help us visualize the app.

No, there was nothing I experienced that they needed to improve.

Take your idea and delve deeper into it. If you have a great idea but aren't knowledgeable about apps, then read more about it. If you do this, the meetings with Lizard Global will go smoother.
