What were your goals for this project?
The objective for this project is to create an interactive environment to bring pet owners together and help them manage their pets’ requirements

We were aware of this vendor through our personal network in Malaysia. We used this project as an opportunity to experience working with Lizard Global

We included Lizard Global in the full application development project, from brainstorming to concept development to actual coding, UAT and ongoing development post go-live
What was the team composition?
We have been working closely with a project manager and a main developer
RESULTS & FEEDBACK
Can you share any outcomes from the project that demonstrate progress or success?
A first app concept was ready 6 months after the first brainstorming session. After further fine-tuning the app was ready for commercial launch after about 14 months. We are currently in the 3rd major version of the app and up and running in 2 countries.
How effective was the workflow between your team and theirs?
We find working with the Lizard Global team very pleasant and effective, particularly through the use of tools like Trello for tracking development tasks and recording bugs.
What did you find most impressive about this company?
The design and visual appearance of the app

Timelines have run somewhat at times and deliveries have missed our deadlines from time to time
