We have a project manager and testers on the team and then we had a Dev Ops team to help build pipelines.

Since we started to work with Andersen, we found that everything went exactly as was promised and expected by us. The process of finding and integrating colleagues is smooth and effortless, - except for 2 exceptions - Andersen could always right away deliver the quality in software engineering that we needed. Personally I have to add that all the Andersen’s colleagues that we worked with are extremely professional and also always persons that is fun to work with. 

Overall service at Andersen is very good: The contact persons are always there to help when questions occur, we appreciate the regular updates and even accounting is working just fine. Also having used the trial periods with some of the new colleagues helped a lot. If there is anything that could be improved in the future I would recommend setting up an online self-service portal to help keep track of agreements, SOWs, working hours and invoices.

Project management has been invariably excellent. Some work packages were not delivered on time for various reasons, but mainly due to complexity of the work request. Their response to urgent items requiring attention has been excellent throughout.

Their communication level and impeccable standard of English language spoken was the immediate impression made by their team. This was also reflected in the standard of their work and ability to absorb and understand quite complex business requirements for the web application being developed.

Better communication of the reasons for the delays during the work package at the end of 2022, but this was addressed a fed back to the team at the time. The process and performance has noticeably improved since that time.
