What challenge were you trying to address with AliTech Solutions?

We were looking for the right Python and React developers to support our projects.

What was the scope of their involvement?

I initially hired AliTech Solutions to see if they would be the right fit for a future development project. I gave them a small test project, which passed our internal audit as well as the scrutiny of my head of development.

I have since hired them to become my go-to development partner for Python and React projects. We’ve put them on a retainer to support us in actual client work.

What evidence can you share that demonstrates the impact of the engagement? 

The quality of AliTech Solutions’ work for the test project was fantastic. They managed to pass the scrutiny of my head of development, delivering exactly what we were looking for on the first try. Most importantly, their code passed our internal audit.

AliTech Solutions has performed well in terms of project management  — they delivered the test project on time, within budget, and without any issues.

What did you find most impressive about them?

I really appreciate the fact that AliTech Solutions asked a lot of clarifying questions. I’ve worked with developers who just did whatever was asked of them without asking any questions because they didn’t want to bother us, but this wasn’t the case with AliTech Solutions. They had many points of clarification in terms of specifications, which helped them deliver high-quality code that matched our expectations.

Do you have any advice for potential customers?

Make sure to screen and test them. I know they offer a lot more than what they’ve done for me, so make sure to test them to see the extent of what they’re able to do.

I had to rename my domain every year with the prior hosting company. When we worked with AliTech Solutions, they solved the issues because I stopped getting emails and updates. Overall, they always help us whenever we have issues, and they're quick at resolving them.

How did AliTech Solutions perform from a project management standpoint?

Their project management is almost perfect. We use email and WhatsApp as well as Google Meet to communicate.

They actively respond, and they know what they're doing. 

Are there any areas they could improve?

They could add some additional service to the servers like a cPanel. The current setup is still fine though.

My project is about creating a single pane of glass. when a user provides a username and password, they should see one page/website with 3 dashboards. each dashboard is for a separate technology. Cisco DNA center, Cisco vManage, and Cisco APIC. we need to pull data from each one of these 'controllers' via Python scripts/API calls. then each set of data from each controller will be taken and represented in a dashboard back on the main page

Constant checking and feedback from both ends.
